 Երևանի և իտալական Տրևիզո քաղաքի դպրոցների միջև բարեկամական կապերի հաստատմանն, ինչպես նաև հանրակրթության ոլորտում համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր են քննարկվել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում իտալական վերոնշյալ քաղաքի պատվիրակության հետ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի անունից ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ քաղաքապետի գլխավոր խորհրդական Վանո Վարդանյանը համառոտ ներկայացրել է Երևանի և իտալական քաղաքների միջև ձևավորված բարեկամական և գործընկերային կապերն ու առկա ձեռքբերումները: Վերջինս նաև ընդգծել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը մշտապես ողջունում է բարեկամական և գործընկերային կապերի շարունակականությանն ու ընդլայնմանը միտ ված բոլոր նախաձեռնությունները:

Իտալական պատվիրակության անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Տրևիզո քաղաքում գործող «Ֆեդեպիացա» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Ջիովաննի Տոսելոն համառոտ ներկայացրել է իր ղեկավարած հիմնադրամի գործունեությունը՝ ընդգծելով հատկապես մշակութային և կրթական բաղադրիչի նպատակները: Ջովաննի Տոսելոն փոխանցել է նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին ուղղված Տրևիզոյի քաղաքապետի նամակը:

Այնուհետ կողմերը քննարկել են Տրևիզոյի կրթական հաստատությունների, մասնավորապես, իտալացի անվանի քանդակագործ Անտոնիո Կանովայի անվան դպրոցի և Երևանի դպրոցներից մեկի միջև բարեկամական կապերի հաստատմանն առնչվող հարցեր:

Ողջունելով իտալական կողմի նախաձեռնությունը՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հանրակրթության վարչության պետ Գայանե Սողոմոնյանն էլ հյուրերին համառոտ ներկայացրել է քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության և արտերկրի մի շարք դպրոցների միջև արդեն իսկ ձևավորված բարեկամական և գործընկերային կապերը և հույս հայտնել, որ բարեկամ դպրոցների շարքն արդեն մոտ ապագայում կհամալրեն նաև իտալական դպրոցները: Հանրակրթության վարչության պետը նաև նշել է, որ հանգամանորեն կքննարկվեն համագործակցության տարբերակներն ու արդեն մոտ ապագայում  առաջարկներ կներկայացվեն ծրագրի մեկնարկի վերաբերյալ:

Հանդիպման ավարտին հյուրերը հայտնել են նաև Երևանի մասին իրենց տպավորությունները՝ հատկանշելով, որ տպավորված են մայրաքաղաքի գույներով և կանաչապատման ու ծաղկապատման մշակույթով:
