Ի՞նչը կարող է զայրացնել մատուցողին․ թեյավճարի սակավությու՞նը։ Ամենևին․ թեյավճարի առատությունը կամ պակասությունն առ ոչնինչ են, երբ սպասարկման ոլորտի մասնագետը «բախվում» է հաճախորդի, որի քայլերի ու խոսքերի անփութությունն ու կոպտությունը, երբեմն ստիպում են նրան ափերից դուրս գալ։ 

1. Դիտմամբ կեղտոտել սեղանը

Կան մարդիկ, որոնք կամա, թե ակամա, սեղանանին իսկական խառնաշփոթ են ստեղծում․ անձեռոցիկներ ու սննդի մնացորդներ են նետում այս ու այն կողմ։ Եթե ոմանց մոտ դա հանգամանքների բերումով է ստացվում, ապա՝ որոշների մոտ այն դիտավորյալ բնույթ է կրում։ Կա՛մ շատ են ձանձրացել, կա՛մ էլ ցանկանում են բարկությունն այդպես արտահայտել։ Ասել է, թե բողոքում են վատ սպասարկման համար։ Իսկ ավելի լա՞վ չէ պարզապես գրառում թողնել ռեստորանի առաջարկությունների ու դժգոհությունների մատյանում։ 

2․ Մատուցողին կանչել մատները ճտճտացնելով

Նվաստացուցիչ ժեստ է։ Մատուցողների կողմից դա ծայրահեղ բացասական է ընդունվում։ Նրանք, իհարկե, հաճախորդին չեն բարձրաձայնի դրա մասին, բայց կնեղսրտեն։ Եթե ցանկանում եք կանչել մատուցողին, ապա՝ դիմեք կողքներովդ անցնող ռեստորանի որևէ աշխատակցի, որը կկանչի նրան, ով սպասարկում է Ձեր սեղանը։ Կամ էլ՝ ինքնե՛րդ փնտրեք մատուցողին։

3․ Չարաշահել ռեստորանի հյուրընկալությունը

Ցանկացած ռեստորան կամ սրճարան ջանում է, որքան հնարավոր է շատ հաճախորդների ընդունել, չէ որ հենց վերջիններիս հաշվին են այդ հաստատությունները «գոյատևում»։ Այդուհանդերձ դա չի նշանակում, որ պետք է չարաշահել նրանց հյուրընկալությունն ու «վերջին հաճախորդի» արտոնությունը․այսինքն մնալ այնտեղ, երբ արդեն փակվելու ժամն է։ Հակառակ դեպքում, կհայտնվեք անվտանգության աշխատակցի տեսադաշտում։
