ՀՀ-ում Լեհաստանի դեսպան Եժի Նովակովսկին կարծում է, որ հուլիսի 8-9-ը Վարշավայում կայացած  ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովը պատմական իրադարձություն էր:

«Գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում մենք  որոշեցինք դադարեցնել այն գործընթացը, որը թուլացնում է արեւմտյան աշխարհը, քանի որ ակնհայտ  է՝ վերջին ժամանակներում Արեւմուտքը  սկսել է թուլանալ:  Վարշավայի գագաթնաժողովը եւս մեկ անգամ հիշեցրեց, թե որն է Արեւմուտքի առաքելությունը համընդհանուր ժողովրդավարական սկզբունքների համատեքստում: ՆԱՏՕ-ն պատրաստ է դիմակայել հարեւան տարածաշրջաններում խորացող անկայունության դեմ: Եվ գագաթնաժողովում մենք շեշտեցինք ՆԱՏՕ-ի գործունեության այդ կարեւորագույն դերը`ուղղված դաշնակիցների տարածքների պաշտպանու թյանը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ`  ասաց Լեհաստանի դեսպանը: 

Որպես եւս մեկ կարեւոր կետ Եժի Նովակովսկին ընդգծեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի բաց քաղաքականության հաստատումը:

«ՆԱՏՕ-ն բաց է բոլոր  ժողովրդավարական երկրների համար, որոնք ունակ են պատասխանատվություն վերցնել անդամակցությունից բխող բոլոր պարտավորությունների համար: Եւս մեկ նկատառում, որը թերեւս նույնպես կարեւոր է այս գագաթնաժողովի մասին խոսելիս, ուղերձն էր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, այն է`  ՆԱՏՕ-ի արեւելյան թեւի հզորացումը ուղղված չէ Ռուսաստանի դեմ»,- եզրափակեց Լեհաստանի դեսպանը:

Հուլիսի 8-9-ը Լեհաստանի մայրաքաղաք Վարշավայում կայացավ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գագաթնաժողովը, որին մասնակցում էինՀյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի անդամ երկրների առաջնորդները` այդ թվում Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման:Արևմտյան պետությունների ղեկավարներից բացի գագաթնաժողովին  մասնակցում էին նաև ԴաշինքÕ « հետ համագործակցողերկրների ղեկավարները, այդ թվում` Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները:
