Արամ Մանուկյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանքը

Կենտրոն և Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների առաջին ատյանի դատարանը բավարարել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական բաժնի միջնորդությունը և որոշել Արամ Պավելի Մանուկյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառել կալանավորումը երկու ամիս ժամկետով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում այս մասին հ այտնեց Մանուկյանների պաշտպան Ինեսա Պետրոսյանը:

Արամ Մանուկյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրի 219 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (Կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից՝ շենքեր, շինություններ, տրանսպորտի, հաղորդակցության կամ կապի միջոցներ զավթելը) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը)։

Պավել Մանուկյանի առնչությամբ էլ Ինեսա Պետրոսյանը նշեց, որ հստակ տեղեկություն ունի, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը կալանքի միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան, սակայն նկատի ունենալով, որ Պավել Մանուկյանը ցանկություն է հայտնել անձամբ ներկա գտնվել դատական նիստին, իսկ վերջինիս առողջական վիճակը բավականին ծանր. դատական նիստի օրն ու ժամը դեռևս հստակ չեն:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Դատական դեպարտամենտի արարողակարգի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արման Խաչատրյանը հայտնեց, որ դատարանը Պավել Մանուկյանի առնչությամբ միջնորդություն չի ստացել:
