Անհրաժեշտ բաղադրիչներ
- ընկույզի երիտասարդ ճյուղերի կեղև 50 գրամ
- 200 գրամ ջուր
Պատրաստումը
- Ընկույզի ճյուղերը լավ լվանալ
- Առանձնացնել կեղևը ու ավելացնել վրան սառը ջուր
- Լցրեք այն ոչ մեծ կաթսայի մեջ ու դրեք թույլ վառվող կրակի վրա
- Հասցնել եռման աստիճանի այնուհետև թողնել թույլ կրակի վրա ևս 15 րոպե
Պատրաստի թուրմը պետք է ընդունեք հետևյալ կերպ. թրջեք ատամի խոզանակը թրմով ու լվացեք ատամաները 2-3 րոպե։ Կրկնեք օրը 2 անգամ երկու ամսվա ընթացքում։ Այս թուրմը նաև կարող է կանխարգելել բերանի խոռոչի այլ հիվանդությունների առաջացումը
