Խորենացու, Տիգրան Մեծի փողոցների հարակից հատվածից հուլիսի 26-ի գիշերվա երթից հետո ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժնում բերման ենթարկվածներ չկան։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին նշվում է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի մամուլի քարտուղարի հայտարարութան մեջ։

«Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն այցելել են ՀՀ Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Կենտրոնականի բաժին և հանդիպել բերման ենթարկված և տվյալ պահին դեռևս այնտեղ գտնվող թվով յոթ անձանց, ովքեր Ոստիկանության բաժնի աշխատակիցների գործողությունների վերաբերյալ որևէ բողոք և գանգատ չեն ներկայացրել: Բերման ենթարկվածները Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներին բողոք են հայտնել իրենց անհիմն բերման ենթարկելու առիթով: Այս պահի դրությամբ Ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժնում բերման ենթարկվածներ չկան»- ասվո ւմ է հայտարարության մեջ:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից,Խորենացու, Տիգրան Մեծի փողոցների հարակից հատվածից հուլիսի 26-ի գիշերվա երթից հետո բերման է ենթարկվել 64քաղաքացի՝ ապօրինի զենք, զինամթերք, պայթուցիկ սարքեր պահելու կասկածանքով:

Բերման ենթարկվածներից մեկի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է ինքնաշեն թմբուկավոր ատրճանակ: Նա ձերբակալված է, կատարվում էքննություն: Մնացած 63 քաղաքացիներն ազատ են արձակվել:
