«Ինչպես հայտնի Է՝ ՀՀ Աժ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության անդամ Մուշեղ Պետոյանի ծնողների տունը ևս տուժել Էր Արթիկում տեղի ունեցած ջրհեղեղի պատճառով, վնասվել Էր նրանց գույքը։ Պատգամավորի ընտանիքը պահանջել Էր պետբյուջեից փոխհատուցել իրենց կրած մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամի վնասները, ինչպես մնացած՝ անապահով ընտանիքների դեպքում։ Ու սա այն դեպքում, երբ Պետոյանը պատգամավոր դառնալիս 2012-ին հայտարարագրել Է անշարժ գույք՝ իր հողամասով երկու ավտոմեքենա՝ «TOYOTA LAND CRUISER» և «BMW X5» մակնիշների, երկու ընկերության բաժնեմաս, 60 հազ. դոլար և 40 մլն դրամ դրամական միջոց։ 2015-ին դրամական միջոցները եղել են 140 մլն դրամ և 106 հազ. դոլար։ Ամսական 520 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձից բացի՝2015-ին հայտարարագրել Է 28 մլն դրամի եկամուտ։ Բայց, չնայած այս ունեցվածքին, Պետոյանի ծնողները ևս Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանի սուղ միջոցներից օգնություն են ստացել, ինչը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրուցում հաստատեց Արթիկի քաղաքապետ Արսեն Աբրահամյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
