«Հասարակությունը բաժանվել է երեq չափազանց անհավասար մասերի՝ զինյալների գործողությունների պաշտպաններ (մեծամասնություն), ոստիկանության գործողությունների պաշտպաններ (փոքրամասնություն) և սթափ մարդիկ (ճնշող փոքրամասնություն)։ Առաջին երկուսի դիրքորոշումը պարզ է՝ եթե դու հալած յուղի տեղ չես դնում Ալեք Ենիգոմշյանի բացատրությունները կրակոցների, վիրավորների և պատանդների մասին, ուրեմն դու տականք ես, ռեժիմի սպասարկու։ Եթե դու «բացեր ես տեսնում» կատարվածի վերաբերյալ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանի վարկածի մեջ, ապա դու դարձյալ տականք ես, արդարացնում ես պետության դեմ կատարված հանցագործությունները։ Բայց մի րոպե... Թե մեկը, թե մյուսը ՇԱՀԱԳՐԳՌՎԱԾ ԵՆ դեպքերը ներկայացնել այս կամ այն ձևով, նրանք հակամարտության կողմերն են։ Ինչո՞ւ ես պետք Է նրանց անվերապահորեն հավատամ, միայն այն պատճառով, որ չեմ սիրում իշխանություններին կամ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի՞ն։

Ատացվում Է, որ ես պետք Է երկրպագուն լինեմ կամ ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված զինված խճբի, կամ ծեծող-ջարդող, գործ սարքող և անկապ «բերման ենթարկող» ոստիկանների։ Մեկը սև Է, մյուսը սպիտակ։ Իսկ չի՝ կարելի արդյոք ընդհանրապես դեմ լինել բռնությանը՝ ում կողմից Էլ այն կիրառվի, ընդհանրապես դեմ լինել ապօրինի զենքին և դրա կիրառմանը, ով Էլ դա անի՝ Լիսկայի թիկնապահնե՞րը, թե՞ «Սասնա ծռերը»։ Ընդհանրապես դեմ լինել զենքի ուժով քաղաքական հարցերի լուծմանը՝ լինի դա 1996 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, 2004 թվականի ապրիլի լույս 13֊ի գիշերը, 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին, թե 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17֊ ին։ Ընդհանրապես կողմ լինել ժողովրդավարությանը,  լայնախոհությանը,   ներողամտությանը»,–գրում է թերթի խմբագիրը։
