«Համաձայն իրանական լրատվամիջոցների, Իրանի նավթի նախարար Բիջան Զանգանեն անցած օրը հայտարարել է, որ Իրանը փորձնական համաձայնագիր է կնքել Հայաստանի տարածքով Վրաստան գազ արտահանելու վերաբերյալ։

Իհարկե կողմերը չեն մանրամասնում, թե ի՞նչ փորձնական համաձայնագրի մասին է խոսքը, ի՞նչ ժամկետով և ի՞նչ ծավալի մատակարարում պետք է իրականացվի։

Հայտնի չէ ևաև, թե որպես տարանցիկ երկիր Հայաստանը ինչ է ստանալու արտահանումների դիմաց։ Հաշվի առնելով Վրաստանի տարածքով Հայաստան մտնող գազի տարանցման գինը, պետք է ենթադրել, որ խոսք կարող է լինել նույն համամասնության մասին։ Այն Է՝ տեղափոխման 10 տոկոսը։

Ամեն դեպքում, այս պահին շատ ավելի կարևոր Է, որ երկար սպասված ծրագիրը վերջապես իրականություն Է դառնում։ Ինչպես հայտնի Է, Իրանից Վիաստան գազի արտահանման վերաբերյալ խոսակցությունները սկսվեցին շուրջ մեկ տարի առաջ։ Այն ժամանակ հայտարարվեց, որ Վրաստանը քննարկում Է Հայաստանի տարածքով Իրանից լրացուցիչ գազ ստանալու հնարավորությունը։ Այդ ճանապարհով վերջինս նպատակ ուներ դիվերսիֆիկացնել գազի ստացման աղբյուրները։ Սակայն երկար բանակցություններից հետո այդ նպատակադրումը չիրականացավ։

Թվում Էր, թե ծրագիրը տապալվել է։ Մանավանդ Ադրբեջանն ամեն ինչ արեց այն ձախողելու համար. Վրաստանին առաջարկեց ոչ միայն հավելյալ գազ, այլև արտոնյալ պայմաններ, ինչին վրացական կողմը տվեց իր համաձայնությունը։ Դրանով Վրաստանը հրաժարվեց իրանական գազից՝ նախապատվությունը տալով ադրբեջանականին։

Սակայն պարզվում է, որ դա ընդամենը ժամանակավոր նախապատվություն էր։ Իրանի նավթի նախարարի հայտարարությունը վկայում է, որ Վրաստանը չի հրաժարվել Հայաստանի տարածքով իրանական գազ ստանալու մտադրությունից։

Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարն այս պահին լիարժեք բավարարում է իրանական գազը Վրաստան հասցնելու համար։ Գազատարի թողունակությունը հասնում Է տարեկան 2,2-2,3 մլրդ խոր. մետրի։ Մինչդեռ այժմ այն օգտագործվում է հզորության ընդամենը 15-20 տոկոսի չափով։ Գազ-Էլեկտրաէներգիա ծրագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանը Իրանից ստանում Է տարեկան ընդամենը 360-370 մլն խոր. մետր գազ։

Սա նշանակում է, որ առաջիկա տարիներին Վրաստան իրանական գազ հասցնելու համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում կարող են լիարժեք օգտագործվել Իրան-Հայաստան գազատարի հնարավորությունները։ Ընդ որում դա միանգամայն հնարավոր է նաև հետագայում»,–գրում է թերթը։
