Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի և Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի հարազատները հրաժարվում են հանրային պաշտպաններից

Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում գտնվող` զինված խմբի անդամներ Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի և Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի հարազատները նոր փաստաբաններ են վարձել` հրաժարվելով հանրային պաշտպաններից: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրին հանրային պաշտպաններ Մերի Ալավերդյանն ու Լյուդվիգ Ավետիսյանը:
Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի և Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը: Միջնորդությունը բավարարել է Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը: Նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրի 219 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (Կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից՝ շենքեր, շինություններ, տրանսպորտի, հաղորդակցության կամ կապի միջոցներ զավթելը) և 235-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահել ը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը)։
«Ես ներգրավված եմ եղել որպես հանրային պաշտպան, որքանով տեղեկացել եմ, նրա (Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի-հեղ.) հարազատները նոր փաստաբանների հետ պայմանագիր ունեն: Երբ վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը տեղեկացնի ինձ, անմիջապես հանրային պաշտպանի գործունեությունը կդադարեցվի»,-ասաց Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի պաշտպան Մերի Ալավերդյանը:
Հարցին ի պատասխան, թե ինչպես է Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի առողջական վիճակը` հանրային պաշտպանը նշեց. «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում է, զույգ ոտքերին վնասվածքներ կան: Համենայն դեպս, ինձ հետ հաղորդակցվելու ընթացքում եղել է գիտակից»: Պաշտպանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մինչ այս պահը Աշոտ Պետրոսյանը պահպանել է լռություն և չի ծանոթացել որևէ փաստաթղթի հետ: «Եղել են լուռ ցուցմունքներ, փաստաթղթերի չի ծանոթացել, միայն ցանկացել է, որ հանրային պաշտպան Ալավերդյանն իր կողքին լինի որպես փաստաբան ու բոլոր փաստաթղթերը տրամադրեն ինձ»,-հավելեց Մերի Ալավերդյանը:
Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի հանրային պաշտպան Լյուդվիգ Ավետիսյանը ևս հայտնեց, որ հնարավոր է այլ պաշտպան ներգրավվի գործում: «Ես պաշտպանն էի, բայց այսօր կարող է ինձնից հրաժարվել, եթե ուրիշ պաշտպան ներգրավվի, ես էլ իր պաշտպանը չեմ լինի»,-ասաց Ավետիսյանը` ավելացնելով, որ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի հարազատները երեկ այլ պաշտպան են վարձել:
Անդրադառնալով Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի առողջական վիճակին` փաստաբանը նշեց, որ ունի հրազենային վիրավորում, գամված է անկողնուն, բայց շփվում է, խոսում:
