Ֆիլիպ Կիրկորովը ստիպված է անընդհատ հետեւել իր կազմվածքին: Ունենալով գիրանալուն հակում՝ նա բազմաթիվ դիետաներ է փորձել: Ի վերջո, կանգ է առել սպիտակուցա- թուրինջային դիետայի վրա, որի շնորհիվ երկու շաբաթում 7 կգ-ով նիհարել է: Ըստ այդ դիետայի՝ թույլատրվում է ուտել միայն թուրինջ ու ձվի սպիտակուց: Դեղնուցը այս սննդակարգով արգելված է, քանի որ խոլեստերին է պարունակում:
Նման դիետան շատ ցածրկալորիական է ու միատեսակ: Ձուն վիտամինների, անփոխարինելի ամինաթթուների, ճարպերի ու հանքային նյութերի հրաշալի աղբյուր է: Սակայն մեծամասամբ այդ բոլոր օգտակար հատկանիշները դեղնուցն է պարունակում: Դրա համար էլ սննդարար նյութերի պակասից խուսափելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ամեն օր ուտել մի քանի հում դեղնուց: Ինչ վերաբերում է խոլեստիրինին՝ ապա ձվի մեջ իրոք կա 300 մգ խոլեստերին, ընդ որում մարդու ցերեկային նորման 500 մգ է: Սակայն մի մոռացեք, որ արտաքին աղբյուրներից օրգանիզմը յուրացնում է այդ անհրաժեշտ նյութի միայն մոտ 2 տոկոսը:
Թուրինջն էլ առանձին պատմություն է: Համարվում է, որ այդ միրգը նպաստում է ճարպեր այրելուն, պարունակում է յուրահատուկ ֆերմենտներ կամ ունի բացասական կալորիաներ: Իրականում թուրինջը վիտամին С -ի հրաշալի ցածր կալորիական աղբյուր է (ինչն էլ հենց բացակայում է ձվի մեջ) ինչպես եւ ցանկացած այլ ցիտրուսային միրգ: Մի խոսքով ձվի ու թուրինջի (նարինջի, մանդարինի) համադրությունը ընդհանուր առմամբ հրաշալի բնական վիտամինա- հանքային կոմպլեքս է, որը ցածր յուղայնություն ու կալորիականություն ունի, հագեցնող է ու դուրեկան:
Սակայն նման սննդակարգը չարժե չարաշահել՝ չափից սահմանափակ է կալորիաների, ածխաջրածինների, ճարպերի ու այլ անհրաժեշտ սննդարար տարրերի քանակը: Լավագույն որոշումը ՝ օրական մեկ անգամ ճաշը նման համադրությամբ փոխարինելն է:
