Աննա Շահնազարյանի բաց նամակը ԱԱԾ-ի եւ Ոստիկանության ծառայություններից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ

Ակտիվիստ Աննա Շահնազարյանն այսօր բաց նամակ է հղել ԱԱԾ պետ Գեւորգ Կուտոյանին եւ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վովա Գասպարյանին այն մասին, որ նա հրաժարվում է ԱԱԾ եւ ոստիկանության ծառայություններից եւ պահանջում իր վճարած հարկերից այդ կառույցներին հասցեագրվող մասնաբաժինն ուղղել կրթական համակարգին։ «Ես՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Աննա Շահնազարյանս, հայտարարում եմ, որ հրաժարվում եմ ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության եւ ոստիկանության՝ օրենքով սահմանված ծառայություններից, դրանք են՝ ապահովել իմ կյանքի եւ առողջության, իրավունքների, ազատությունների ու օրինական շահերի պաշտպանությունը հանցավոր եւ հակաիրավական ոտնձգություններից, ինչպես նաեւ իրենց գործունեությունն իրականացնելիս երաշխավորել մարդու եւ քաղաքացու իրավունքների ու ազատությունների պաշտպանությունը»,- գրված է նամակի մեջ։

Աննան իր հրաժարվելը հիմնավորում է այն բանով, որ հատկապես 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ից հետո ԱԱԾ եւ ոստիկանության ծառայողներն իրենք են կատարում հանցավոր եւ հակաիրավական ոտնձգություններ իր եւ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ, պաշտպանում են ոչ թե մարդու եւ քաղաքացու իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները, այլ գաղութարար պետությունների եւ սուբյեկտների, ՀՀ ժողովրդի իշխանությունը յուրացրած անձանց ու կուսակցությունների ապօրինի եւ հակաիրավական շահերը։

Վերջինս ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն եւ ոստիկանությունը հայտարարել է օրենքից եւ իրավունքից դուրս։ «Ի գիտություն ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությանը՝ քանզի ես հրաժարվում եմ հակաիրավական այս կառույցների՝ ինձ համար նախատեսված ծառայություններից, պահանջում եմ իմ վճարած հարկերից առանձնացնել ՀՀ ոստիկանությանն ու ԱԱԾ-ին փոխանցվող մասնաբաժինը եւ ուղղել ՀՀ կրթական համակարգին»,- հայտարարության վերջում նշել է նա։
