Հայաստանը քննարկումների մեջ է S&P Global Rating-ի վարկանշավորումը ստանալու ուղղությամբ

Հայկական ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների մուտքը միջազգային կապիտալի շուկաներ առավել հասանելի դարձնալու համար Կենտրոնական բանկն առաջարկում է օգտվել միջազգային վարկանշավորման գործիքից: ԿԲ-ն, HSBC բանկն ու S&P գլոբալ վարկանիշային գործակալությունը հուլիսի 29-ին կազմակերպել են «S&P գլոբալ վարկանշավորում. նոր հնարավորություններ աճի համար» խորագրով սեմինար:
ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանըլրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ վարկանիշ ունենալը թույլ է տալիս առանց գրավի մուտք գործել միջազգային կապիտալի շուկաներ, այդ թվում`ապահովում է ինստիտուցիոնալ ներդրողների միջոցների հասանելիություն, որոնք տրիլիոնավոր դոլարներով են չափվում: «Ռեյտինգը կարևոր է ներքին խնայողությունները ներդրումներին ուղղելու համար, քանի որ զարգացման այս փուլում մեր խնայողություններն ազգային մակարդակով մնում են ցածր: Որպեսզի համոզենք մեր քաղաքացիներին խնայել ավելի շատ, պետք է ընկերությունները ցույց տան, որ իրենք երկարաժամկետ նպատակներ ու ծրագրեր ունեն, արագ աճում են, հասանելի են ոչ միայն վարկային միջոցները, այլև այլ կապիտալը, որը գրավ չի պահանջում, վստահություն է պահանջում: Ռեյտինգն այն նշաձողն է, որն ասում է՝ կարող ես վստահել այս ընկերությանն ու քո գումարները ներդնել այնտեղ»,-ասաց պաշտոնյան:
Նրա խոսքով` «S&P Global Rating» ընկերությունը բաց է հայկական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցելու ուղղությամբ: Ինչ վերաբերում է նշյալ կազմակերպության կողմից Հայաստանի վարկանշավորմանը, ապա Երիցյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանի կարգի բոլոր երկրները երեք խոշոր վարկանշավորող ընկերությունների ռեյտինգն ստանում են: Այժմ Հայաստանը քննարկումների մեջ է Moody's-ից և Fitch-ից բացի ստանալ նաև «S&P Global Rating» վարկանշավորումը:
«Հայկական բոլոր բանկերը կարող են ռեյտինգավորվել ու դուրս գալ միջազգային կապիտալի շուկաներ: Առնվազն մեկ-երկու բանկ արդեն օգտվում է միջազգային կապիտալի շուկայից, ունենք 5-ից ավելի բանկեր, որոնք միջազգային կազմակերպություններից ռեյտինգներ ունեն»,-հայտնեց Ներսես Երիցյանը:
«S&P Global Rating» ընկերության կորպորատիվ վարկանշավորման տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Գրիզանովը հայտնեց, որ ներկայում չեն աշխատում Հայաստանում, բայց կարծում են, որ այստեղ կան ընկերություններ, որոնք կարող են դառնալ իրենց հաճախորդը: «Մեզ հետ աշխատելու չափանիշները բավականին շատ են, առաջին հերթին, միջազգային հաշվետվողականության առկայությունը, ինչպես նաև ընկերությունների համար մեր ռեյտինգի անհրաժեշտությունը: Եթե ընկերությունները նպատակադրված են ներգրավել արտասահմանյան կապիտալ, ապա դա չափանիշներ ից մեկն է, որ մենք կօգնենք նրանց»,-հայտնեց վարկանշավորող կազմակերպության ներկայացուցիչը:
