Հրթիռա-հրետանային սպառազինության պետը ռազմական գույքը վաճառել է

Երեւան քաղաքի Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասութայն դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ զինվորականի կողմից ռազմական գույքը վաճառելու դեպքի առթիվ:
Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի հրթիռա- հրետանային սպառազինության պետ Գրիգորի Նադիրյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ՝ կատարել է իշխանազանցություն:
Ըստ datalex.am կայքի՝ Գրիգորի Նադիրյանը 2010թ. մարտ-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին «Նուբարաշեն» հրաձգարանի ղեկավարման կետի աշտարակի մոտակայքից գտած ռազմական գույք հանդիսացող 1 հատ ՍԿ լրակազմ զրահաբաճկոնի, 1 հատ զրհաբաճկոնի դատարկ պայուսակի, 2 հատ կեւլարե սաղավարտների փաստի մասին սահմանաված կարգով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամաս հրամանատարին տեղեկացնելու, որից հետո դրանք սպառազինության վարչության պահեստ տեղափոխելու փոխարեն՝ ռազմական գույքը տեղափոխել եւ պահել է իր ավտոտնակում: Այնուհետեւ նյութական օգուտ ստանալու նպատակով, ցուցաբերելով անձնական շահագրգռվածություն անցել պաշտոնական լիազորությունների սահմանը` վաճառել է ռազմական գույքը:
Բացի վերոնշյալը, Գրիգորի Նադիրյանը զորամասի ստորաբաժանումներում սպառազինության տեխնիկական վիճակը պարզելու նպատակով չի կատարել ստուգումներ, իր զինվորական պարտքն ու գործառնական պարտականությունները կատարելու փոխարեն՝ ծառայության նկատմամբ դրսեւորել է անփույթ վերաբերմունք, որով էական վնաս է պատճառել ծառայության շահերին:
Այժմ նա մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 375-րդ հոդվածի(իշխանությունը չարաշահելը, իշխանազանցությունը կամ իշխանության անգործությունը) առաջին մասով եւ 376-րդ հոդվածի(անփույթ վերաբերմունքը ծառայության նկատմամբ) առաջին մասով: Առաջինը նախատեսում է երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում, իսկ երկրորդը՝ առավելագույնը երկու տարի ժամկետով կարգապահական գումարտակում պահելով կամ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում: Նրան ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակել:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
