-Ինչպե՞ս կբնութագրեք երևանյան դեպքերը:

-Բնութագրել նշանակում է շտամպավորել: Իրավիճակն առանձնահատուկ, աննախադեպ է, որովհետև Հայաստանի և Արցախի շուրջ մթնոլորտն ունի բացառիկ կողմեր: Ես կարծում եմ, որ ամենից շատ համապատասխանում է «հուսահատություն» բառը: Բայց, որպեսզի իրավունք ստանամ խոսել այդ դեպքերի մասին, պետք է շփվեմ մարդկանց հետ, անձամբ զգամ մթնոլորտը, այլ ոչ թե աբստրակտ մտորումներ անեմ՝ նստելով Մոսկվայում:

-Դուք դա ահաբեկչություն համարո՞ւմ եք:

-Դա ուժի կոպիտ կիրառում էր: Կարծում եմ, որ իշխանությունները բառի ամբողջական իմաստով ահաբեկիչների հետ ձևականություններով չէին զբաղվի: Ցավում եմ զոհված Արթուր Վանոյանի համար: Իմ կարծիքով՝ այդ մահից կարելի էր խուսափել: Իսկ իրավական որակումներ պետք է տան համապատասխան իրավապահ և դատական մարմինները: Օտարերկրացին չէ, որ պետք է եզրակացություն անի:

-Տեղի ունեցածն ինչպե՞ս ընկալվում Արևմուտքում և Ռուսաստանում:

-Կարծում եմ, որ մեծ հաշվով ոչ ոք չի խորանում մանրամասներում և հետևում է տարակուսանքով: Իրավիճակն օգտագործվում է, որպեսզի լուծվեն ներքին խնդիրները: Ռուսական լրագրողները, օրինակ, միանգամից տեսան «սիրելի» Պետդեպի ձեռքը: Առանց դրա չի լինի: Աշխատանքն է այդպիսին:

-Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ադեկվա՞տ է:

-Դա թող որոշեն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները հաջորդ ընտրություններում: Պետք է լինել երկիրը կառավարողների տեղը, որպեսզի կարողանալ ադեկվատության մասին եզրակացություններ անել, պետք է տեսադաշտում ունենալ բաց և հատկապես փակ տեղեկատվության ողջ զինանոցը: Եթե այս ողբերգությունից դասեր քաղվեն և դրական փոփոխություն արվեն, կարող ենք խոսել ադեկվատության մասին:

-Ստեղծված իրավիճակից ի՞նչ ելք եք տեսնում

-Քաղաքացիների և իշխանությունների հարաբերություններում պետք է փոփոխություններ մտցվեն: Պետականաշինության նոր մոդելի գլխավոր սկզբունքները պետք է լինեն վստահությունը, կոնսոլիդացիան և արդարությունը: Բայց դա պետք է լինի իրականում, այլ ոչ դատարկ կարգախոսների ձևաչափում:
