Ոչ շատ հեռու՝ հարևան Վրաստանում անհասկանալի իրադարձություններ են ծավալվում: Արդեն մեկ ամսից ավելի է, ինչ վրացական մի քանի գյուղերի բնակիչներ վախի ու հուզմունքի մթնոլորտի մեջ են ապրում: Դեռ մեկ ամիս առաջ մարդիկ կատակով և հումորով էին վերաբերում տարբեր մարդկանց պատմածներին, իսկ այժմ արդեն ամեն ինչ ավելի լուրջ է ընկալվում, քանզի հեքիաթը, կարծես, իրականություն է դառնում: Թեև Վրաստանի սահմաններից դուրս այդ մասին գրեթե տեղյակ չեն, սակայն, երկրի ներսում բոլորն արդեն անհանգստացած են: Նույնիսկ տեղի ԶԼՄ-ները զգուշորեն արդեն սկսել են անդրադառնալ տվյալ թեմային, քանի որ այն դարձել է մարդկանց առօրյա խոսակցության և մտածմունքի առարկա:

Պարզվում է ամեն ինչ սկսվել է Կումիսի գյուղական համայնքից, որտեղ մարդիկ հիմնականում գիշերային ժամերին տարօրինակ երևույթներ են նկատել: Տարբեր ձայներ, անցուդարձեր, գույքային տեղաշարժեր ստիպել են մարդկանց ավելի զգոն լինել և կենտրոնանալ անսովոր երևույթների վրա: Սկզբում կարծել են, թե գողեր են թափանցել իրենց տներ կամ վայրի կենդանիներն են փորձել հարձակվել անասունների վրա, սակայն հետագայում պարզվել է, որ իրականությունն ավելի տարօրինակ է և անբացատրելի:

Եվ ահա կարճ ժամանակ անց մեղավոորները կարծես բացահայտվեցին, բայց մասամբ: Ականատեսների թիվը մեծացավ: Բոլորը նշում էին, որ տեսել են մարդակերպ արարածների, որոնք մոտ երկու մետր հասակ ունեն, փոքր գլուխ, երկար ձեռքեր, փայլող աչքեր, նրանք մեկ երկուսը չեն. շատ են, որոշները նաև երկար մազերով: Նրանց հնարավոր չէ բռնել, զենքով ոչնչացնել, տեսախցիկները չեն ֆիքսում, սակայն մարդդիկ տեսել են իրենց աչքերով, հավաստիացնում են, որ դրանք կան իրականում: Պատմում են նաև, որ մտնում են մարդկանց տներ, գողանում են կաթնամթերք, ձու, երշիկ, ոռնում են, հռհռում, ցատկոտում, ապա ՛՛հռթիրի՛՛ արագությամբ հեռանում, անհետանում: Գործին խառնվել է նաև ոստիկանության հատուկ ջոկատը, որը հսկում է մի քանի գյուղ, որտեղ նկատել են նշված արարածներին:

Վերոհիշյալ գյուղը հարակից բնակավայրերով սկսել է դատարկվել, հիմնականում տղամաարդիկ են մնացել տներում, այն էլ՝ լավ զինված:
Ոստիկանությունը հորդերել է բնակիչներին զերծ մնալ այդ արարածներին վնասելուց, քանի որ ենթադրում են, որ դրանից հետո դրանք կարող են հարձակվել մարդկանց վրա:

Հավելեմ, որ անձամբ եղել եմ նշված տարածքներում, իրոք իրավիճակը անոմալ է թվում, մարդիկ պատմում են անհավատալի բաներ, բայց մյուս կողմից այդ ամենը իրական է: Տեղեկություններ կան, որ նման դեպքեր արդեն արձանագրվել են նաև այլ բնակավայրերում:

Հ.Գ. Ի դեպ, բնակիչների պատմելով՝ տեղի հոգևորականները նշված երևույթները կապում են վերին ուժերի հետ և կոչ անում զսպվաածության, հավաստիացնելով, որ հանգստություն ապահովվելու պարագայում այդ էակները շուտով կավարտեն իրենց առաքելությունը և կհեռանան:

Հ.Գ. Դժվար է վերոնշյալ անոմալ երևույթները կապել քաղաքականության հետ, բայց չկապել այն Վրաստանում աշնանը սպասվող իրադարձությունների հետ ևս դժվար է: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ գործող իշխանությունները լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն ընտրողների ձայները հավաքելու և հաղթանակ տանելու հետ կապված, չի բացառվում, որ նման արհեստական մեթոդներով փորձ է արվում մարդկանց ուշադրությունը շեղել երկրում տիրող սոցիալ-տնտեսական անբարենպաստ իրավիճակից՝ դրանից բխող մարդկանց դժգոհության ալիքի թուլացնելու նպատակով նաև:
