Ռուսական ռազմակայանի տեխնիկայի ուժերով Գյումրիում որոշ ճանապարհներ կնորոգվեն

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում հուլիսի 26-ից 29-ը անցկացվել է ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղակայման և գործառնման նպատակով հողատարածքների և անշարժ գույքի փոխանցման հայ-ռուսական միջպետական հանձնաժողովի 11-րդ նիստը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ վկապերի վարչությունից, հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքներին մասնակցել են ՀՀ պաշտպանության, արտաքին գործերի, արդարադատության, ֆինանսների, քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունների, ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի, ՀՀ ԿԱ ԱԱԾ-ի, ոստիկանության, պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության, անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, Շիրակի մարզպետարանի և Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչներ:
Հայ-ռուսական միջպետական հանձնաժողովի հերթական` 11-րդ նիստի օրակարգում քննարկվել են հանձնաժողովի 10-րդ նիստի որոշումների կատարմանը, ռուսական կողմին հանձնված և հանձնման ենթակա ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղակայման կետերի անվանացանկին համապատասխան ռազմավանների օգտագործման իրավունքի գրանցման վկայականների համադրմանը, ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեխնիկայի ուժերով Գյումրիի քաղաքային ճանապարհների հատվածների նորոգման համար օգնության ցուցաբերմանը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ-ում տեղակայված ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի ռազմավաններին առնչվող այլ հարցեր:
Միջպետական հանձնաժողովի անդամները դիտարկման նպատակով այցելել են նաև ՀՀ տարածքում տեղակայված ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմակայան:
Հուլիսի 28-ին միջպետական հանձնաժողովի նիստի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ ստորագրվել է արձանագրություն:
Միջպետական հանձնաժողովը ստեղծվել է 1996թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ի` «ՀՀ և ՌԴ կառավարությունների միջև ՀՀ տարածքում ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման կետերի և ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանի տեղաբաշխման ու գործառման համար հողամասերի հանձնման ու օգտագործման կարգի մասին» համաձայնագրի համապատասխան:
