 ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության վարչական համալիրում հուլիսի 29-ին տեղի է ունեցել  ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի հերթական նիստը, որը նվիրված էր զինված ուժերում 2016 ուսումնական տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի մարտական պատրաստության արդյունքներին, զինվորական կարգապահության վիճակին և կատարելագործման ուղիներին: Հայկական երկու հանրապետություների զինված ուժերի փոխգործակցութան շրջանակում նիստին մասնակցում էին նաև Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի (ՊԲ) հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,

կոլեգիայի նիստի բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, ով մատնանշել է մարտական պատրաստության և զինվորական կարգապահության ամրապնդմանը նպատակաուղղված աշխատանքները հետևողականորեն շարունակելու և ձեռք բերված արդյունքներն ամրապնդելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Նիստի ընթացքում հաշվետու զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել ԶՈՒ մարտական պատրաստության վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Տիրան Խաչատրյանը և ԶՈՒ անձնակազմի հետ տարվող աշխատանքների վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Ալեքսան Ալեքսանյանը, ինչպես նաև բանակային զորամիավորումների և ՊԲ հրամկազմի ներկայացուցիչները: Հանգամանալից անդրադառնալով հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում մարտական պատրաստության և զինվորական կարգապահության վիճակի կատարելագործմանն ուղղված միջոցառումներին՝ զեկուցողները մատնանշել են հայտնաբերված բացթողումները և ուսումնական փուլի ընթաց քում առանձին ստորաբաժանումների արձանագրած հաջողությունները: Ներկայացվել են այն հիմնական աշխատանքները, որոնք իրականացվել են ԶՈՒ անձնակազմի ռազմամասնագիտական և գաղափարակադաստիարակչական պատրաստության, զինծառայողների ֆիզիկական տոկունության ամրապնդման, մարտական կարողությունների զարգացման, միջանձնային կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների և իրավակարգի պահպանման ուղղությամբ: Ընդգծվել է, որ զինվորական ղեկավարման և իրավապահ մարմինների, բոլոր աստիճանների հրամանատարների կողմից զորքերում իրականացված զինվորական կարգապահության առավել բարրացմանն ուղղված համալիր միջոցառումները նպաստել են նախորդ տարվա համեմատ կարգապահական իրավախախտումների, զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելու դեպքերի նվազմանը և մի շարք այլ առանձին ցուցանիշների բարելավմանը: 

Ամփոփելով խորհրդակցությունը՝ հնչած զեկույցների և ծավալված ակտիվ քննարկումների արդյունքում պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը նիստի մասնակիցներին առաջադրել է որոշակի խնդիրներ՝ ընգծելով, որ ուսումնական տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում արձանագրված դրական դրսևորումները պետք է առաջիկա աշխատանքների ուղենիշ լինեն, իսկ որոշակի, այդ թվում նաև` ապրիլյան մարտական գործողությունների վերլուծության արդյունքում ի հայտ եկած բացթողումները շտկելու ուղղությամբ պահանջվում է հետևողական աշխատանք:
