Լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնության դեպքերով ՄԻՊ-ը քրեական հետապնդման հարուցում է ակնկալում

 Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ հաղորդումներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ բռնություններ են գործադրվել լրագրողների նկատմամբ, ինչպես նաև խոչընդոտվել է նրանց աշխատանքը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը:

«Ըստ մեզ ներկայացված տեղեկությունների՝ դրանք արել են քաղաքացիական հագուստով ոստիկաններ: ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունը պետք է անմիջապես ներկայացնի պարզաբանումներ լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնությունների գործադրմանը, նրանց գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելուն քաղաքացիական հագուստով ոստիկանների հնարավոր ներգրավման մասին: 

Մեր կողմից բոլոր հրապարակումներն արձանագրվել են, դրանց հիման վրա անհրաժեշտ է անմիջապես հարուցել քրեական հետապնդում, իրականացնել մանրամասն քննություն և բացահայտել բոլոր մեղավոր անձանց:

Այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր տիրապ ետում են 1in.am, azatutyun.am, armlur.am, a1plus.am, «Արմենիա» հեռուստաընկերության լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնության գործադրման կամ ոստիկանների հնարավոր ներգրավման մասին վկայող տեսանյութեր, խնդրում ենք դրանք անհապաղ տրամադրել Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմին: Հեղինակների ինքնության գաղտնիությունը երաշխավորում ենք:

Ահազանգեր են ստացվել նաև քաղաքացիների բերման ենթարկելու, նրանց նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու վերաբերյալ: Այդ ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ ձեռնարկվում են համապատասխան միջոցներ»,-ասված է ՄԻՊ հայտարարության մեջ:

Ոստիկանության հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ ՊՊԾ գնդի անվտանգության գոտին ճեղքել փորձող անձանց դեմ ոստիկանությունը հատուկ միջոցներ է կիրառել: Տեղի է ունեցել բախում, ինչի հետևանքով, ցավոք, տուժել են նաև լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներ, ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ կա վնասված տեխնիկա: Լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ կապված բոլոր միջադեպերն անհապաղ քննության կառնվեն, կպարզվեն հանգամանքները, ինչի մասին լրացուցիչ կհայտնվի:
