ԱԱԾ-ն մինչեւ ժամը 17:00-ն ժամանակ է տալիս Սասնա ծռերին

2016թ. հուլիսի 29-ին, ժամը 21-ից մինչև 23-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության (ՊՊԾ) գնդի տարածքից, մասնավորպես, գնդի եռահարկ շենքի տանիքի պատուհաններից2016թ. հուլիսի 29-ին, ժամը 21-ից մինչև 23-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության (ՊՊԾ) գնդի տարածքից, մասնավորպես, գնդի եռահարկ շենքի տանիքի պատուհաններից, ինչպես նաև գնդի հսկիչ անցագրային կետից զինված խմբի անդամները տարբեր զինատեսակներից պարբերաբար կրակ են արձակել Սարի թաղի տարածքում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների, նշված բնակավայրի տների, ինչպես նաև Խորենացի փողոցի արգելափակված հատվածը վերահսկող իրավապահ մարմինների ծառայողների ուղղությամբ, իսկ Խորենացի փողոցի բեռնատար ավտոմեքենաներով պատնեշի վրա նետել են ձայնալուսային նռնակներ:
Բացի այդ, զինված խումբը գնդի տարածքում նռնակ է պայթեցրել, որից հետո փորձել է այրել իրենց կողմից գնդի հսկիչ անցագրային կետի մոտակայքում կայանած ավտոբուսը՝ դրա տակ այրվող առարկաներ նետելով:
Իրավապահների պատասխան համարժեք գործողություններով կրակի բոլոր օջախները լռեցվել են, իսկ զինված խմբի անդամների նախահարձակ բոլոր գործողությունները՝ խափանվել: Ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ փոխհրաձգության հետևանքով հրազենային վնասվածքներ են ստացել ինչպես Սարի թաղում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկաններ, այնպես էլ զինված խմբի անդամներ:
Ստեղծված պայմաններում ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտարարում է, որ զինված խմբի կողմից շարունակական ահաբեկչական գործողություններով իրավիճակի կտրուկ սրումը, իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցների, ինչպես նաև արգելափակված գոտուց դուրս գտնվող անձանց, այդ թվում՝ քաղաքացիական բնակչության ուղղությամբ արձակված կրակահերթերն այլևս չեն կարող որևէ կերպ հանդուրժվել:
Հայտնում ենք, որ հուլիսի 29-ի ուշ երեկոյան տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններից հետո սպառվել են ահաբեկիչների հետ իրավիճակի խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման հասնելու բոլոր ողջամիտ հնարավորությունները: ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված և առկա պայմաններով արդարացված ուժի գործադրումը բացարձակապես անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքացիներին՝ նրանց կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր հաձակումից պաշտպանելու, իրավապահ մարմինների ծառայողների կյանքին և առողջությանը սպառնացող զինված հարձակումը հետ մղելու, նրանց զենքին տիրանալու փորձերը կանխելու, պատանդներին ու զավթված պետական պահպանության ենթակա օբյեկտներն ազատելու, ինչպես նաև զինված խմբի դիմադրությունը ճնշելու համար:
Ուստի զինված խմբի անդամներին զենքը վայր դնելու և առանց դիմադրության իշխանություններին հանձվելու համար ժամանակ է տրվում մինչև այսօր ժամը 17.00-ն: Հակառակ դեպքում իրավապահ մարմինների հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումները լիազորված են առանց նախազգուշացման կրակ բացել և վնասազերծել ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքում կամ դրանից դուրս գտնվող ցանկացած զինված անձի:
Զգուշացնում ենք նաև, որ առանց թույլտվության արգելափակված գոտի մուտք գործելու յուրաքանչյուր փորձ գնահատվել և գնահատվելու է որպես ահաբեկչության հանցակցություն, այն կատարած բոլոր անձինք, անկախ իրենց կարգավիճակից, ենթարկվելու են քրեական պատասխանատվության, իսկ ոստիկանական արգելապատնեշները բռնությամբ ճեղքելու բոլոր փորձերը կասեցվելու են օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր միջոցների օգտագործմամբ:
