Լրագրողական կազմակերպությունները բռնությունների առնչությամբ հայտարարություն են տարածել

 Սարի թաղում հուլիսի 29-ի լույս 30-ի գիշերը տեղի ունեցած բախումների ընթացքում լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնության դեպքերի առնչությամբ հայտարարություն են տարածել մի շարք լրագրողական կազմակերպություններ: «Արմենպրես»-ը հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում է ամբողջությամբ.

«Հուլիսի 29-ի երեկոյան Երեւանի Սարի թաղում և Խորենացի փողոցում ցույցերը ցրելիս ոստիկանական ուժերը կրկին թիրախավորված հարձակում են գործել լրագրողների վրա։ Բիրտ ուժի կիրառման հետեւանքով տուժել են մեր գործընկերները. Հովհաննես Մովսիսյանը, Կարլեն Ասլանյանը և Գարիկ Հարությունյանը («Ազատություն» ռադիոկայան), Ռոբերտ Անանյանը և Տիգրան Բադալյանը («Ա1+»), Մարիամ Գրիգորյանը և Դավիթ Հարությունյանը («1in.am»), Գեւորգ Ղազարյանը (ազատ ֆոտոլրագրող), Հովիկ Գրիգորյանը («Panorama.am»), Աղվան Ասոյանը և Ալբերտ Գալստյանը («Արմենիա» հե ռուստաընկերություն), Սարգիս Խարազյանը և Մկրտիչ Կարապետյանը («Civilnet.am»), Մարութ Վանյանը («Lragir.am»)։

Այս տվյալները նախնական են, գործողությունները զանգվածային բնույթ են կրել և տուժածների թիվը կարող է ավելի լինել։ Ընդ որում՝ ֆիզիկական բռնությունները զուգորդվել են տեսանկարահանող սարքերը և ֆոտոխցիկները ջարդելով, նկարահանված կադրերը ոչնչացնելով և լրագրողական գործունեության այլ խոչընդոտումներով։ Սա առաջին անգամ չէ, որ ոստիկանները նպատակաուղղված հարձակում են գործում ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչների վրա, որպեսզի վերջիններս չկարողանան օբյեկտիվ տեղեկություններ տարածել կատարվող բռնարարքների վերաբերյալ։

Այս ֆոնին առնվազն զավեշտալի է հնչում ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ լրատվության վարչության հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե լրագրողների նկատմամբ բռնությունները կհետաքննվեն։ Մենք արդեն գիտենք, թե ինչպես են «հետաքննվում» ոստիկանական վայրագության այսպիսի միջադեպերը։ Դրա վառ օրինակն են 2015 թվականի հունիսի 23-ի և նմանատիպ այլ դեպքերը, որոնք այդպես էլ մնացել են չբացահայտված։

Լրագրողների նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնությունները եւ օրինական մասնագիտական գործունեությունը խոչընդոտելը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ մեր բազմաթիվ հայտարարությունները, հորդորներն ու կոչերը առայսօր անպատասխան են, իսկ ոստիկանության գործելաոճում որևէ փոփոխություն չկա։ Ստեղծված իրավիճակում մենք անիմաստ ենք համարում որևէ բան պահանջել ոստիկանությունից ու մյուս ուժային կառույցներից և մեզ իրավունք ենք վերապահում դիմել լրագրողների շահերի պաշտպանության այլ օրինական միջոցների։
