Բոլորս էլ սիրում ենք տաք ցնցուղ ընդունել երկար և ծանր օրվա վերջում և մեզնից շատ քչերին դուր կգա սառը ցնցուղ ընդունելու գաղափարը: Պարզվում ՝ սառը ցնցուղ ընդունելն ունի բազմաթիվ օգտակար հատկություններ: Ահա դրանցից մի քանիսը:

  1. Շոկի գործոն
    Եթե դուք կտրականապես հրաժարվում եք սառը ցնցուղ ընդունել, ապա առաջարկում ենք տաք ցնցուղ ընդունելու վերջին րոպեներին ջուրը սառեցնել և կզգաք, որ ձեր ադրենալինը կբարձրանա և դուք ավելի կթարմանաք և կարթնանաք:

  2. Թեթևացնում է ընկճվածությունը

  4. Արագացնում է շրջանառությունը
    Մեր մարմնի պատասխանը սառը ջրին անհապաղ է. արյունը միանգամից շարժվում է մեր զարկերակներից, խթանում մեր սրտի լավ աշխատանքին և օգնում, որ մեր կարևոր օրգանները թթվածնի առավելագույն պաշար ստանան, ինչը հրաշալի է մեր մարմնի ցանկացած օրգանի համար:

  5. Օգնում է նյութափոխանակությանը
    Երբ մենք մեր մարմինը ցայում ենք սառը ջրով, մեր նյութափոխանակությունը ակտիվանում է, ինչը իր հերթին օգնում է մեր մարմնին ավելի հեշտությամբ այրել կալորիաները:

  6. Հարթացնում է մաշկը
    Ավելի հաճախ սառը ցնցուղ ընդունելը կօգնի ձեզ ավելի հարթ և ձիգ մաշկ ունենալ, քանի որ սառը ջուրն օգնում է փոքրացնել մաշկի ծակոտիները:

  8. Ազատվեք սթրեսից
    Հետազոտությունները պարզել են, որ սառը ջուրը, կապ չունի ցնցուղը, կամ սառը լոգանքը, կամ էլ ծովում լողալը, իջեցնում է մեր օրգանիզմում միզաթթուն, ինչն էլ սթրեսի հիմնական խթանող գործոններից է:

  9. Հաճելի քուն
    Միգուցե ձեզ կթվա, որ լավ քնելու համար պետք է քնելուց առաջ տաք ցնցուղ ընդունել, սակայն իրականում սառը ջուրը ձեզ շատ կօգնի ազատվել անքնությունից:
