«Արցախի հետքը» խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման հարցում

Վլադ Կարախանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Հուլիսի 17-ից սկիզբ առաջ փոթորիկը տեղի տվեց՝ մնացին փոխադարձ հայհոյանքները, պիտակավորումներն ու ատելությունը: Իհարկե այն ինչ տեղի ունեցավ ՊՊԾ գնդում իր դրսևորումները կստանա քաղաքական հետագա զարգացումներում:
Տեղի ունեցած մի միջադեպի առավել բաց տեքստով կանդրադառնամ. օրեր առաջ մեդիայում «պայթյուն» գրանցվեց. ոմանք, միջնորդի դերում հանդես եկող Վիտալի Բալասանյանի դեմ կեղտոտ արշավ սկսեցին՝ նրան մեղադրելով պրոցեսում իշխանության տեսակետը առաջ մղելու համար:
Դրան նպաստեց ՊՊԾ գնդում գտնվող Վարուժան Ավետիսյանը մեկնաբանությունները, ով ըստ էության, Բալասանյանին մեղադրում էր լոյալություն չպահելու և լրագրողներին կոպտելու մեջ:
Վիտալի Բալասանյանը ոչ թե իշխանության, այլ Արցախցու ձայնն էր, ով իր մեջ մարմնավորում էր և ֆիդայու, և մարդու, ում խողովակով Արցախն իր ձայնն էր ներկայացնում առ այն, որ Արցախին նման իրավիճակներ պետք չեն:
Վիտոն, ինչպես Արցախում են սիրում նրան այդպես անվանել, արցախցու հավաքական կերպարն էր, ով իր թիկունքին զգում էր Արցախի ամբողջական աջակցությունը՝ թալիշցուց մինչև 1-ին դեմք:
