5 պարզ բան, որոնք կարող են փրկել ձեր ամուսնությունը

1. Նվիրվե՛ք միմյանց եւ ամուսնությունը փրկելու ձեր նպատակին։Կստացվի միայն նրանց մոտ, ովքեր իրոք դա ուզում է եւ պատրաստ է աշխատել դրա վրա։ Եթե դուք մտածում եք, թե ինչպես կլիներ, եթե դուք ուրիշի հետ ամուսնացած լինեիք, կամ երազում եք, որ ձեր կյանքն այլ կերպ դասավորվի, ապա դուք բավականաչափ էներգիա եւ մոտիվացիա չեք ունենա ձեր հարաբերությունները փրկելու համար։ Ձեր խնդիրներին նայեք որպես զուգընկերոջ հետ, նրա մտքերն ու զգացմունքները հասկանալու եւ փոխըմբռնման հասնելու մերձենալու միջոց։
2. Մի՛ խուսափեք ձեր խնդիրներից։ Հարաբերությունների ճգնաժամի ժամանակ շատ զույգեր կենտրոնանում են ինչի վրա ասես, միայն թե ոչ իրենց ամուսնության։ Այդ պատճառով ամուսնությունը փրկելու ճանապարհին կարեւոր քայլ է փակել բոլոր ելքերը։ Դա նշանակում է պարզել, թե որոնք են այն զբաղմունքները, որոնց վրա դուք ծախսում եք ձեր բոլոր ռեսուրսները եւ օգտագործում եք որպես փոխհատուցում այն բանի, ինչը պակասում է ձեր հարաբերություններում։
Դա կարող է լինել աշխատանքը, սպորտը, շատակերությունը, սոցցանցերը, վիդեոխաղերը եւ անգամ երեխաների խնամքը։ Շատ անմե՞ղ է հնչում։ Բայց եթե դուք դա անում եք միայն որպեսզի ամուսնու հետ երես առ երես չմնաք, ապա այդ «ելքը» նշանակում է փախուստ հարաբերություններից։
3. Մաքրե՛ք ձեր հարաբերությունները բացասական լիցքերից։Կիսե՛ք ձեր զգացմունքներն ու ապրումները, այլ ոչ թե մեղադրեք զուգընկերոջը ինչ–որ բանում։ Հասկացնե՛լ տվեք նրան, թե ինչն է ձեզ պակասում, բայց մի՛ քննադատեք։ Թողեք, որ նա զգա ձեզ, այլ ոչ թե անի ամեն բան, միայն թե դուք լռեք։ Սովորե՛ք սկզբում մտածել, իսկ հետո նոր խոսել, անգամ եթե դա հուզական վեճ է։
4. Ուշադրությո՛ւն դարձրեք ձեր զուգընկերոջ ցանկություններին եւ կարիքներին։ Լսե՛ք նրան եւ փորձեք հասկանալ՝ ձեզ դնելով նրա տեղը Դուք կզարմանաք, թե նրա մոտ ամեն բան որքան այլ կերպ է, քան թվում է։ Հաջող հարաբերություններում երկուսն էլ կարող են հանգիստ արտահայտել իրենց զգացմունքները եւ միասին աշխատել, որպեսզի հաղթահարեն իրենց աշխարհների միջեւ անդունդը։
5. Սերը ձեր առօրյայի մա՛սը դարձրեք։ Հարաբերությունները լցրե՛ք դրական եւ սիրո էներգիայով։ Երախտագիտության բառե՛ր ասեք միմյանց, ասե՛ք, թե ինչի համար եք դուք շնորհակալ, օգտագործե՛ք պարզ ու հասարակ «շնորհակալություն» բառը։ Ժամադրություննե՛ր կազմակերպեք, զբոսնե՛ք միասին, ընթրե՛ք դեմ առ դեմ նստած եւ միմյանց աչքերի մեջ նայելով։ Սիրելը բայ է, իսկ բայը՝ գործողություն. գործե՛ք։
