Ազատ Արշակյանը կարծում է, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից երկրի ներսում չի կարելի որևէ զորամաս գրավել

«Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ նախագահ, ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Լարիսա Ալավերդյանի խոսքով՝ դեռեւս վաղ է Ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գունդը գրաված զինված խմբի անդամներին անվանակոչել ինչ-որ եզրույթներով:
«Ես դեմ եմ եղել «ահաբեկիչ» եզրույթին: Դեռ վաղ է դա որակել որպես ահաբեկչություն նախքան նախաքննությունը, դատական գործընթացները: Հատկապես միջազգային հարթակում այդ եզրույթը այլ բան է նշանակում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց նա:
Գերագույն խորհրդի պատգամավոր Ազատ Արշակյանն էլ այն կարծիքին է անկախ ամեն ինչից չպետք է գրավվի որեւէ զորամաս: Այնուամենայնիվ, Արշակյանը կարծում է, որ զինված խմբի կողմից զենքերը վայր դնելը կարելի է որոշակիորեն դիտել որպես մեղմացնող հանգամանք:
Հուլիսի 17-ի առավոտյան մի խումբ զինված անձինք մուտք են գործել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի տարածք և բռնության սպառնալիքով պահել այնտեղ գտնվող անձանց` պահանջելով ազատ արձակել մոտ մեկ ամիս առաջ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից ապօրինի կերպով զենք և ռազմամթերք ձեռ բերելը, փոխադրելը և պահելը կազմակերպելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանին: ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի վրա հարձակման հետևանքով զոհվել է Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Վանոյանը: Հարձակման ընթացքում հրազենային վնասվածքներ են ստա ցել ՀՀ Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը, Ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետ Հրաչ Խոստեղյանը, Ոստիկանության ենթասպա Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը: Պատանդ վերցվածներն ազատ են արձակվել մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում, սակայն հուլիսի 27-ին նրանք կրկին պատանդ են վերցրել բուժօգնության հասած բուժաշխատողներին: Հուլիսի 30-ին գնդի տարածքից դիպուկահարի կրակոցից զոհվել է ոստիկանության զորքերի ծառայող Յուրի Տեփանոսյանը: Հուլիսի 31-ին զինված խմբի անդամները վայր են դրել զենքն ու հանձնվել:
