Արայիկ Խանդոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել

Ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գունդը գրաված զինված խմբի անդամ Արայիկ Խանդոյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց նրա փաստաբան Արայիկ Պապիկյանը, այն առաջադրվել է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 218 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետվ (պատանդառություն) և 235 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով (ապօրինի զենք զինամթերք ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը): Արայիկ Խանդոյանը ներկայում Վաղարշապատի ձերբակալված անձանց պահման վայրում է:
«Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմի կողմից խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար դատարան միջնորդություն ուղարկելու գործընթացը ավարտվում է վաղը, բայց չեմ բացառում, որ հենց այսօր էլ խափանման միջոցն ընտրվի»,-ասաց Արայիկ Պապիկյանը:
Զինված խմբի գործը Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության վարույթից տեղափոխվել է Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է իր մյուս երկու պաշտպանյալների` Աշոտ Պետրոսյանի և Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի առողջական վիճակին, ովքեր գտնվում են Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում, Արայիկ Պապիկյանը նշեց. «Նորմալ են, գնալով կազդուրվում են: Մեր բողոքներից հետո համեմատաբար բարվոք պայմաններում են»:
