«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Երեւանի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի աշխատակազմի (թաղապետարանի) դիմաց մոտ 10 օրից կբացվի «Էյֆե» բիլիարդ-ակումբը, որը մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ պատկանում է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովին: ՀՀ ՊՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը պատասխանելով մեր հարցին, թե արդյոք նշված բիլիարդ-ակումբը պատկանում է Յուրի Խաչատուրովին կամ իր ընտանիքին, ասաց. «Որեւէ զինվորականի անձնական կյանքին վերաբերող տեղեկատվության չեմ տիրապետում»:
Մենք ավելի վաղ գրել էինք, որ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի անվան հետ կապվող՝ մայրաքաղաքի Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում գտնվող «Էյֆե» բիլիարդ-ակումբը փաստաթղթերով պատկանում է «Էյֆե» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերութանը, որի միակ հիմնադիրը՝ Պետրոս Ջուլֆայանը, այն հիմնադրել է 2007 թվականին, երբ ընդամենը 22 տարեկան էր: Ջուլֆայանն էլ համարվում է ակումբի տնօրենը: Նշենք, որ մինչ օրս անձամբ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը չի հերքել, որ բիլիարդ ակումբն իրեն է պատկանում: Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ էլ գրվեց, թե նա ակումբում բիլիարդ խաղալուց է եղել, երբ Ադրբեջանը զորքերի լայնածավալ տեղաշարժ է իրականացրել:
Նկատենք, որ այդ ակումբի դեռեւս միակ սրահը գործում է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում, գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին շենքից ընդամենը 1 կիլիոմետր հեռավորության վրա: Ավտոմեքենայով կարելի է ակումբ հասնել ընդամենը 3 րոպեում: Բիլիարդ ակումբի նոր սրահը ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրից (որտեղ էլ այժմ գտնվում է Խաչատուրովի աշխատասենյակը) հեռու է 1 կմ 400 մետր, այս տարածությունը կարելի է հաղթահարել ընդամենը 4 րոպեում: Կարելի է կարծել, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը չցանկանալով Նոր Նորքի 2-րդ զանգվածից հասնել Ազատության պողոտա (6.6 կմ), բիլիարդ ակումբը մոտեցրել է իր աշխատանքի վայրին»:
