Աղվան Հովսեփյանը «ստեղծագործելու» փորձ ունի քննչականում իրավիճակն ավելի կբարդանա.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հատուկ վերաբերմունք ունի «զանգվածային անկարգություն» բառակապակցության նկատմամբ: Հուլիսի 17-ից 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի գրավման շուրջ ծավալված իրադարձությունների արդյունքում հետապնդվող գործիչների եւ ցուցարարների մի զգալի մասին ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն մեղադրում է հենց զանգվածային անկարգություններ կազմակերպելու մեջ: Մինչդեռ զանգվածային անկարգություն ցուցարարների կողմից, որպես այդպիսին, տեղի չի ունեցել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ ՔՕ 225-րդ «Զանգվածային անկարգություններ» հոդվածի 5-րդ մասը հստակ սահմանում է. «Զանգվածային անկարգություններ են համարվում բռնությամբ, ջարդերով, հրկիզումներով, գույք ոչնչացնելով կամ վնասելով, հրազեն, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր գործադրելով կամ իշխանության ներկայացուցչին զինված դիմադրություն ցույց տալով արտահայտված մեկից ավելի անձանց գործողությունները, որոնց հետեւանքով վտանգվում է հասարակական անվտանգությունը»:
Իհարկե, այսպիսի իրադարձություններ տեղի են ունեցել Սարի թաղում, հանրության աչքի առաջ, սակայն ցանկացած ոք կարող է փաստել, որ քաղաքական գործիչները, քաղաքացիական ակտիվիստները եւ ցուցարարները վերը նկարագրված արարքներից եւ ոչ մեկը չեն արել: Բոլոր հակաիրավական գործողություններն իրականացվել են ոստիկանների եւ նրանց աջակցությունը վայելող քաղաքացիական հագուստով թաղային խուժանի կողմից:
Ու եթե սա հերթական անգամ հաշվի չառնվի, եւ 2008-ի մարտի 1-ի քրեական գործերի նման նույն ավյունով սկսեն ստեղծագործել այս անգամ էլ քննչականում, իրավիճակն ավելի կբարդանա»:
