Սիրիայի Հալեպ քաղաքի բնակչությունը շարունակում Է լքել մարտական գործողությունների վայրերը՝ օգտվելով կառավարության տրամադրած միջանցքներից: Զինյալների կողմից բռնազավթված Շեյխ Սայիդա շրջանից օգոստոսի 3-ին դուրս են եկել 48 կանայք ու երեխաներ: Այդ մասին իրադարձությունների վայրից հայտնել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ի թղթակիցը: Մարդիկ բռնազավթված շրջաններից հեռանում են, չնայած ինտենսիվ կրակին:
Նրանք փախչում են գործնականում դատարկ ձեռքներով՝ իրենց հետ վերցնելով միայն փաստաթղթերն ու ոչ մեծ խնայողությունները: Ասում են, որ զինյալները հաշվեհարդարով են սպառնում նրանց, ովքեր կփորձեն դուրս գալ իրենց հսկողության գոտուց:
Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր դուրս են գալիս մարդասիրական միջանցքով, իսկույն ստանում են ջուր եւ կերակուր: Այստեղ նրանց նաեւ զննում են բժիշկները: Բուժօգնության կարիք ունեցողներին տեղափոխում են հիվանդանոցներ ու պոլիկլինիկաներ:
Շեյխ Սայիդայի մոտ անցակետը որպես հումանիտար միջանցք Է նախատեսված խաղաղ բնակիչների համար: Բայց այստեղ հանձնվում են նաեւ զինյալները: Միայն օգոստոսի 3-ին զենքը վայր Է դրել 12 մարդ:
