Դինքի գործով ձերբակալվել է ժանդարմերիայի երկու աշխատակից

Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի գործով ձերբակալությունները շարունակվում են: Վկայակոչելով «Ակոս» պարբերականը, Ստամբուլի ժանդարմերիայի աշխատակիցներ Աբդուլլահ Դինչը և Յավուզ Բոզջան կալանավորմա ն պահանջով ուղարկվել են դատարան:
Դատարանը վճռել է կալանավորել Դինչին, իսկ Բոզջան ազատ է արձակվել երկիրը չլքելու պայմանով:
Դինքի սպանության գործով հետաքննություն վարող դատախազ Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուն դատարանին ուղարկած գրության մեջ Դինքի սպանության մասին ասել է, թե դա «հուլիսի 15-ի ձախողված ռազմական հեղաշրջմանը տանող գործընթացում այդ նպատակով արձակված առաջին փամփուշտն է»:
Դինքի սպանության գործի շրջանակում ձերբակալվել է նաև լրագրող Էրջան Գյունը: Այդպիսով, Դինքի սպանության գործով ձերբակալվածների թիվը հասել է 27-ի:
Դատական հաջորդ նիստը կայանալու է օգոստոսի 8-ին:
Ստամբուլի «Ակոս» թերթի հայազգի խմբագրապետ Հրանտ Դինքը սպանվելէ 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին`խմբագրության առջև նրա վրակատարված զինված հարձակման հետևանքով:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ` Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, իսկսպանությունն իրականացրած Օգյուն Սամասթը` 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել Դինքի սպանության գործովդատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից:
Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին առաջադրվել է «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու»մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, որոշումներ են ընդունվել Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձանց, այդ թվում` Ստամբուլի նախկինոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցու թյամբ:
