TAP-ի եւ TANAP-ի ճակատագիրը հարցականի տակ է

 Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի միջեւ խաթարված հարաբերությունները վերականգնելու շուրջ երկու երկրների առաջնորդների առաջիկա օրերին հանդիպման հետ կապված` այդ երկրների խոշոր համատեղ նախագծերից հանդիսացող «Հարավային հոսք» գազային նախագծի իրականացման հեռանկարի արդիականացումը, որը հանդիսանում է ադրբեջանական գազը Թուրքիայի վրայով Եվրոպա փոխադրելու Ադրիատիկ եւ Անդրանատոլիական գազային նախագծերի (TAP, TANAP) հիմնական մրցակիցը, հարցականի տակ է դրել վերջինների իրականացման հնարավորությունը:

Այս մասին հայտնում է «Ազադլըգ» թերթը` նշելով, որ այդ երկու նախագծերի իրականացումը կախված է ֆինանսական խնդիրների լուծումից:  Այսինքն՝ իր բաժնեմասի շինարարության եւ շահագործման հանձնելու համար ադրբեջանական կողմը պետք է 8 մլրդ դոլար կապիտալ ներդրում կատարի: Սակայն տնտեսական ճգնաժամի հետեւանքով Ադրբեջանում առաջացած ֆինանսական ծանր դրությունը խնդիր է առաջացրել նախագծերի իրականացման հարցում:

Թերթի հետ զրույցում ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ Սամիր Ալիեւն այդ առնչությամբ հայտնել է, որ TAP-ի եւ TANAP-ի իրականացման համար Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը որոշակի պարտքեր է սկսել վերցնել: Սակայն այդ միջոցը բավարար չէ, անհրաժեշտ է նոր միջոցներ հայթայթել:

Նրա խոսքով` ներկայում համաշխարհային շուկայում նոր տեսակի էներգակիրներ են հայտնվել, մեծացել է սեղմված գազի պահանջարկը: Այլեւս գազատար խողովակաշարերով գազի վաճառքի բաժինը նվազում է, գազ է սկսել արտադրել եւ արտահանել նաեւ ԱՄՆ-ը:

«Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ մոտ ժամանակում գազի եւ նավթի գների լուրջ աճ չի լինելու: Այդ պատճառով էլ Ադրբեջանի TAP եւ TANAP նախագծերն այնքան էլ շահութաբեր չեն: Ռուսաստանյան գազը Թուրքիայի տարածքով Եվրոպա հասցնելը եւս բարդացնում է ադրբեջանական նախագծի ճակատագիրը: Մյուս կողմից՝ պետք է նկատի առնել, որ Ադրբեջանը հնարավորություն չունի Եվրոպան մեծապես ապահովել գազով: Այդ պատճառով շատ կարեւոր է այլ երկրների եւս այդ նախագծին միանալը: Գրավիչ կլիներ, եթե այդ նախագծերին միանային Թուրքմենստանը եւ Ղազախստանը, ինչը սակայն, խիստ կասկածելի երազանք է թվում», -ասել է ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետը:

«Նովոյե Վրեմյա» թերթն ավելի վաղ հայտնել է, որ TAP եւ TANAP նախագծերի իրականացումը գրավիչ չէ այն պատճառով, որ այն 45 մլրդ դոլարից ոչ պակաս ներդրում է պահանջում, իսկ նախագծից եկամուտներն ակնկալվում են 2030 թվականից ոչ շուտ:
