Քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի ոչ մի ներկայացուցիչ չի կարող հանգիստ նայել ցեղասպանությանը և չի կարող այդ երևույթն ընդունել որպես դրական փաստ, քանի որ այն հանցագործությունն է, որն իր հետևանքներն ունի ամբողջ քաղաքակրթության վրա:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, օգոստոսի 3-ին ՀՀ-ում Լեհաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ե ժի Մարեկ Նովակովսկին խոսել է ցեղասպանությունների վերաբերյալ միջազգային հանրության արձագանքի մասին: Դեսպանն ինքը ցեղասպանությունն այլ կերպ չի կարող ընդունել, քան սարսափելի հանցագործություն: Նրա խոսքով՝ առհասարակ չի կարելի մարդ սպանել, սակայն երբ սպանում են ազգ կամ էթնիկ փոքրամասնություն, դա շատ ավելի սարսափելի և զզվելի երևույթ է:

«Ներկա պահին միջազգային հարությունը դիտարկվում է որպես մի սառցաբեկոր, որը դժվար է տեղից շարժվում: Այնուամենայնիվ, որոշումը պետք է կայացվի և մինչև վերջին անձը, ով կատարել է ցեղասպանություն, պետք է դատապարտվի: Ամբողջ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը պետք է պայքարի դրա դեմ, որպեսզի այլևս չլինեն ցեղասպանություններ: Մինչև օրս դատական գործ է ընթանում այն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակ աշխատել են ճամբարներում: Կարծում եմ` ցեղասպանություն իրականացրած մարդկանց պետք է միշտ հետապնդել և դատապարտել անգամ, եթե նրանք լինեն 90 տարեկան»,- նշեց ՀՀ-ում Լեհաստանի հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Եժի Նովակովսկին:
