Ավելորդ կիլոգրամներն իսկական գլխացավանք են աղջիկների համար, առավել բարդ է, երբ ավելորդ կիլոգրամներ ունեն հայտնի մարդիկ, ում ամենուր լուսանկարում են, հաճախ բռնացնում անհարմար իրավիճակներում և ֆիքսում կազմվածքի թերությունները։ Հենց սա է պատճառը, որ նրանք ջանք չեն խնայում, որպեսզի նիհարեն։ Հայտնիներից շատերը կարիերայի սկզբում բոլորովին այլ տեսք ունեին, հիմա՝ այլ։

Արևիկ Ուդումյանը միշտ էլ համակրելի է եղել, սակայն կարիերայի սկզբում նա բոլորովին այլ տեսք ուներ։ Արևիկը մի քիչ ավելի կլորիկ կազմվածք ուներ, թեև երբեք շատ գեր չի եղել, ավելորդ քաշ, այնուամենայնիվ, ուներ։ Տարիներ անց հաղորդավարուհուն տեսնում ենք առանց ավելորդ կիլոգրամների՝ շատ ավելի համակրելի և գեղեցիկ։

Երգչուհի Սոֆի Մխեյանը կարիերայի սկզբում ավելի թմբլիկ էր, մի քիչ էլ փորիկ ուներ, սակայն ժամանակի ընթացքում նա բավականին նիհարեց ու այժմ բավականին սլացիկ է։ Առհասարակ, Սոֆին շատ է փոխվել կարիերայի սկզբից մինչև հիմա, երբ նայում ես նրա հին լուսանկարները, պարզապես ապշում ես։ 

Նաիրա Մովսիսյանն իր հարցազրույցում էլ խոստովանել է, որ մոտ 20 կգ նիհարել է։ Շնորհիվ կամքի ուժի դերասանուհին ազատվեց իրեն անհանգստացնող ավելորդ քաշից և այժմ կշռում է այնքան, որքան կցանկանար։ Երբ նայում ենք Նաիրայի՝ տարիներ առաջվա լուսանկարները, նրա ավելորդ կիլոգրամներն ակնհայտ են, հատկապես փորի շրջանում։

Ժաննա Բուտուլյանը գրեթե միշտ գտնվում է սահմանագծին, և հանդիսատեսը պարբերաբար նկատում է, որ նա գիրացել կամ նիհարել է։ Նրա ավելորդ կիլոգրամները ևս առավել տեսանելի են փորի և ստամոքսի հատվածում։ Վերջին շրջանում Ժաննան բավականին նիհարել է։

Սյուզի Մելիքյանը ժամանակին ավելի փարթամ կազմվածք ուներ, որի համար պարբերաբար դիմել է դիետայի օգնությանը։ Երգչուհու կլորիկ դեմքն այժմ շատ է փոխվել։ Հիմա նա բավականին նիհարել է։
