ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խումբը Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների նոր հանդիպման հնարավորություն է փնտրում

ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հերթական հանդիպումը կազմակերպելու հնարավորություն են փնտրում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, օգոստոսի 3-ին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտարարել Է ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը: 
 
Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի վերջին հանդիպումը հունիսի 20-ին կայացել Է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում՝ եռակողմ ձեւաչափով՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի մասնակցությամբ: Ավելի վաղ Սարգսյանը եւ Ալիեւը մայիսի 16-ին հանդիպում են անցկացրել Վիեննայում:
 
«Երեւանում դիմակայության խաղաղ լուծումը թեթեւության զգացում Է առաջացնում մեր մեջ: Դիմակայությունը եւ այդ կապակցությամբ հանրային քննարկումը սոսկ հաստատում են այն բանի կարեւորությունը, որ տեւական խաղաղության հասնելու ուղին բանակցային գործընթացն Է, որն ընդունելի Է բոլոր կողմերի համար եւ տանում Է հակամարտության համակողմանի կարգավորման»,-հայտարարել Է Ուորլիքը:
 
Նրա խոսքով՝ ոչ մի որոշում չի կարող ուժով պարտադրվել կողմերից որեւԷ մեկին: «Համանախագահ երկրների բարձրաստիճան անձանց աջակցությամբ կողմերը մասնակցում են բովանդակային բանակցություններին եւ համանախագահների հետ աշխատում շփման գծի երկայնքով բռնության վտանգի նվազեցման միջոցների ստեղծման առաջարկի վրա: Խաղաղ գործընթացում հավելյալ առաջընթացի հասնելու համար մենք Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հերթական համատեղ հանդիպումը կազմակերպելու հնարավորություն ենք փնտրում»,-ասել Է Ուորլիքը:
 
ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահը հայտարարել Է, որ Վիեննայում եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած հանդիպումները «հաջող Էին շփման գծի երկայնքով բռնության նվազեցման, բովանդակային բանակցությունների վերսկսման եւ բռնության վտանգի կրճատմանն ուղղված առաջարկների առաջշարժման առումով»:
 
«Անհրաժեշտ Է շարունակել խաղաղ գործընթացի այդ դրական դինամիկան՝ կազմակերպելով նախագահների հերթական հանդիպումը: Համանախագահ երկրները հավատարիմ են նախագահների միջեւ երկխոսության շարունակման իրենց հանձնառություններին եւ դիտարկում են մոտ ժամանակներս նրանց հերթական հանդիպման հնարավորությունը»,-ասել Է նա: 
 
Ուորլիքը նաեւ նշել Է, թե ԵԱՀԿ-ի Մինսկի խումբն ակնկալում Է, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերը կկատարեն խաղաղ կարգավորման պարտավորությունները: 
«Չնայած այն բանին, որ շփման գծի եւ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի իրադրությունը հարաբերականորեն կայուն Է, մենք անհանգստացած ենք վերջերս հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումից: Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ կողմերը կկատարեն հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման նպատակով իրենց ստանձնած պարտավորությունները եւ կխուսափեն բռնության սաստկացումից»,-հավելել Է Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահը:
