Մինչև 500 ընտրող ունեցող համայնքներում ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ թեկնածուներից ընտրագրավ չի պահանջվի

Մինչև 500 ընտրող ունեցող համայնքներում համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու անդամի թեկնածուներն ընտրական գրավ չեն վճարելու:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը օգոստոսի 3-ին կայացած հերթական նիստում ներկայացրել է պաշտոնական պարզաբանումներ` ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքի մի շարք դրույթների վերաբերյալ: Ընտրական օրենսգրքի 144-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի տարաբնույթ ընկալումը բացառելու նպատակով` ՀՀ ԿԸՀ-ն հանդես է պարզաբանմամբ, որը ներկայացվեց որոշման նախագծով: Հանձնաժողովն այն ընդունեց միաձայն:
«Մինչև 2017 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ը նշանակվող համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու անդամի ընտրությունները, ներառյալ քվեարկությունը, կազմակերպվում և անցկացվում են 2011 թվականի մայիսի 26-ի Ընտրական օրենսգրքի կանոնակարգումներին համապատասխան, բացառությամբ համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու անդամի ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրելու և ընտրվելու իրավունքը սահմանող դրույթների, որոնք կարգավորվում են 2016 թվականի մայիսի 25-ի օրենսգրքով սահմանված կանոնակարգումներին համապատասխան»,-տեղեկացրեց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
ԿԸՀ պաշտոնական պարզաբանմամբ` մինչև 500 ընտրող ունեցող համայնքներում համայնքի ղեկավարի և ավագանու անդամի ընտրությունների ժամանակ թեկնածուները, ՀՀ ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքի կանոնակարգումների համաձայն, ընտրական գրավ չեն վճարելու:
