ՊԵԿ նախագահը ցանկանում է բարձրացնել իր եւ իր տեղակալների աշխատավարձերը

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վախթանգ Միրումյանը մի նախագիծ է ներկայացրել կառավարություն, ըստ որի՝ ՊԵԿ ղեկավարի եւ նրա տեղակալների աշխատավարձերը պիտի բարձրացվեն:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ ««Պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում լրացումներ եւ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի ընդունման դեպքում պետական կամ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմնի բյուջեում ծախսերի եւ եկամուտների էական ավելացում կամ նվազեցում չի առաջանում: Սա այն դեպքում, երբ աշխատավարձերի բարձացումը կհանգեցնի պետական բյուջեի ծախսերի ավելացման` տարեկան շուրջ 5 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամի չափով:
Նախագծում նաեւ գրված է, որ աշխատավարձերի բարձրացումը ռազմավարական եւ շահառուների վրա կարգավորման ազդեցության տեսանկյունից դրական ազդեցություն կունենա: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է սահմանել ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ-ի նախագահի, նախագահի առաջին տեղակալի եւ տեղակալների պաշտոնային դրույքաչափերի հաշվարկման գործակիցները:
Մասնավորապես, առաջարկվում է սահմանել Կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնային դրույքաչափի հաշվարկման գործակիցը 12, առաջին տեղակալինը՝ 10, իսկ տեղակալներինը՝ 8, նախկին՝ համապատասխանաբար 10, 8.5 եւ 7.5-ի փոխարեն:
