ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կրկին իրավունք կունենան սովորական անձնագրեր ստանալ.«Ժողովուրդ»

«Երկու օրից՝ օգոստոսի 6-ին, ուժի մեջ կմտնեն «ՀՀ քաղաքացու անձնագրի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում մեկ ամիս առաջ կատարված փոփոխությունները։ Ըստ այդմ, ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կրկին իրավունք կունենան սովորական անձնագրեր ստանալ։ Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ 2014 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից ՀՀ չափահաս քաղաքացիներին հին նմուշի նոր անձնագիր չէր տրվում։ Նրանք կարող էին ստանալ միայն նույնականացման քարտ, որը Հայաստանի տարածքում փոխարինում է անձնագրին, իսկ երկրից դուրս գալու համար մարդիկ պետք է 25 հազար դրամ վճարեին և կենսաչափական անձնագիր ստանային։ Բայց այժմ պարզվում է, որ այդ պարտադիր պահանջի կարիքը կրկին չկա, և մարդիկ կարող են սովորական անձնագրեր ստանալ։ Եւ այստեղ բնական հարց է ծագում՝ ինչու պետք է ՀՀ քաղաքացիները երկուսուկես տարի պարտադրված վճարեին 25 հազար դրամ, որպեսզի հետո պարզվեր, որ առանց դրա էլ, ընդամենը հազար դրամով էլ կարելի է անձնագիր ստանալ»,–գրում է թերթը։
