Տավուշի մի շարք դպրոցներ կհամալրվեն նոր գույքով ու համակարգիչներներով

Համաշխարհային բանկի վարկային ծրագրով ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունն առաջիկա 5-7 տարում պատրաստվում է վերանայել ամբողջ դպրոցական ծրագիրը:
Տավուշի մարզի հանրակրթական դպրոցների մանկավարժների օգոստոսյան խորհրդակցության ժամանակ այս մասին հայտարարեց ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
«Եկել է դպրոցական կրթական ծրագիրը վերանայելու պահը. մեր դպրոցական հանրակրթական բովանդակությունը կորցրել է այն կուռ կառուցվացքը և տրամաբանությունը, որը պետք է ունենար: Շատ են դժգոհություններն առարկայական ծրագրերի ծանրաբեռնվածության և միջառարկայական կապերի թույլ արտահայտվածության վերաբերյալ: Դպրոցներում ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ սոցիալ-հումանիտար առարկաները «խեղդել են» բնագիտական առարկաները և ճշգրիտ գիտություները: Քսանհինգ տարում 40%-ով աճել է սոցիալ-հումանիտար առարկաների դասաժամերի թիվը, և նույնքան նվազել բնական է ճշգրիտ գիտություների դասաժամերի թիվը», - հայտնեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Նախարարը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովը հավանություն է տվել Կառավարության նոր նախագծին, որով պատրադիր կրթության նվազագույն տևողությունը սահմանվել է 12 տարի: Այն ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2017թ.
«Վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն` տարեկան 3-4 հազար աշակերտ 9-րդ դասարանն ավարտելուց հետո չի շարունակում կրթությունը: Այդ խնդիրը մենք դիտարկել ենք ըստ թե՛ կրթական, թե՛ սոցիալական կարևորության: Ուստի, պետությունը պատրաստ է իր վրա վերցնել այդ երեք տարիների կրթության ծախսերը»,- հավելեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
ԿԳ նախարարը նկատեց, որ Տավուշն այն մարզերից է, որտեղ հաջողությամբ ներդրվել է ներառական կրթության ծրագիրը, որի շնորհիվ ամեն տարի 300 երեխա Տավուշի մարզում դառնում է հասարակության լիիրավ անդամ: Անդրադառնալով ներառական կրթության կադրային խնդիրներին, նա ընդգծեց, որ տարիների ընթացքում պետք է ձևավորվի այն մանկավարժական և վարչական կոլեկտիվը, որը կհամապատասխանի դրված չափանիներին:
Կրթական ոլորտում մարզում եղած բացթողումների շարքում Աշոտյանը մատնանշեց վեցերորդ տարրակարգ ստացած ուսուցիչների թվի սակավությունը: Այս ուսումնական տարում անելիքների մասին խոսելիս` Աշոտյանը Տավուշի մարզի ուսուցիչներին և դպրոցների տնօրեններին հայտնեց, որ մինչև նոյեմբեր մարզի ավագ դպրոցների և միջնակարգ դպրոցների 100-ից ավելի աշակերտներ ունեցող ավագ դասարաններին կտրամադրվի նոր գույք և համակարգիչներ: Իսկ այն բնակավայրերը, որոնք սահմանվածին համապատասխան թվով բնակիչներ կունենան, կներառվեն նախակրթարանների կառուցման ծրագրերում:
