ԿԲ-ն ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչել «ԴԻԿՐԻՍՈՆ» ՍՊԸ գրավատնային գործունեության լիցենզիան

ՀՀ ԿԲ խորհրդի օգոստոսի 2-ի որոշմամբ ուժը կորցրած է ճանաչվել «ԴԻԿՐԻՍՈՆ» ՍՊԸ՝ ՀՀ, ք. Երևան, Հանրապետության փողոց 62 շ., թիվ 150 հասցեում գտնվող տարածքում գրավատնային գործունեության իրականացման թիվ ԳԳ-Ե 181 լիցենզիան (տրված`12.10.2009թ.)՝ գրավատան կազմակերպչի դիմումի համաձայն: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից:

Սահմանվել է, որ որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահից գրավատունն իրավունք ունի կատարել միայն այնպիսի գործողություններ, որոնք կապված են մինչև լիցենզիայի գործողության դադարեցումը կնքված վարկային և պահատվության պայմանագրերից բխող իրավունքների և պարտականությունների կատարման հետ:

«ԴԻԿՐԻՍՈՆ» ՍՊԸ և ֆիզիկական անձանց միջև կնքված վարկային և պահատվության պայմանագրերը կարող են սույն որոշման ուժի մեջ մտնելու պահից կողմերի նախաձեռնությամբ վաղաժամկետ լուծվել` համաձայն ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի 467-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, վարկառուների կողմից վերցված վարկը և մինչև պայմանագրի լուծման պահը դրա դիմաց սահմանված տոկոսները և գումարի օգտագործման հետ կապված այլ վճարները մարելուց, պահատվության պայմանագրի դիմաց վճարումները կատարելուց,ներառյալ` գույքի պահատվության հետ կապված գրավատան կրած սովորական և արտակարգ ծախսերը հատուցելուց և գրավատան կողմից որպես գրավ կամ ի պահ ընդունված գույքը վերադարձնելուց հետո:
