Նավթի գնի շարունակական անկումը աղետ կլինի Ադրբեջանի համար. փորձագետ

Ֆրանսիական Societe Generale բանկը նավթի գնի հետ կապված նոր կանխատեսում է հրապարակել: Բանկի մասնագետները գտնում են, որ այս տարվա փետրվարին մինչեւ 26 դոլար էժանացած նավթի ներկայիս գինը դարձյալ կարող է ընկնել մինչեւ 30 դոլարի: Բանկի աշխատակիցների կարծիքով` էժան նավթի ժամանակաշրջանը դեռեւս չի ավարտվել, քանի որ առաջարկը շարունակում է գերազանցել պահանջարկը, ուստի նավթի գինը շարունակում է կրկին ընկնել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ» թերթն այդ առնչությամբ գրում է, որ նման դեպքում Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության համար մեծ վտանգ կստեղծվի:
«Նավթից ստացվող եկամուտների չափից ավելի նվազումը լուրջ բացասական ազդեցություն է գործել Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության բոլոր բնագավառների վրա: Իսկ նրա նվազումը մինչեւ 30 դոլար եւ ավելի, Ադրբեջանին կկանգնեցնի մեծ կորուստների առաջ», -գրում է թերթը:
Թերթի հետ զրույցում ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետ-փորձագետ Նեմաթ Ալիեւը եւս կարծիք է հայտնել, որ նավթի գնի 30 դոլարի եւ ավելի մեծ չափով անկումը հնարավոր է, քանի որ Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները շարունակում են ուժի մեջ մնալ:
«2012 թվականին համաշխարհային շուկայում նավթի մեկ բարելն արժեր 112 դոլար: Ոչ ոք չէր կանխատեսում, որ այն կարող է իջնել անգամ մինչեւ 60 դոլարի եւ ավելի: Սակայն այժմ այդ սահմանը ոչ մեկին չի զարմացնում: Նավթի գնի անկումը պայմանավորող պատճառները չվերացվելու դեպքում այն շարունակելու է նվազել»,-ասել է Նեմաթ Ալիեւը:
Փորձագետի կարծիքով` նավթի գնի անկումը աղետի կհասցնի Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությանը: Երկրի տնտեսությունը, պետական բյուջեն, բնակչության եկամուտները եւ այլ պարամետրեր խիստ կախվածության մեջ են նավթից: Նավթի գնի մինչեւ 30 դոլար եւ ավելի անկումը մեծ աղետ կլինի բնակչության եւ տնտեսության համար:
«Դեռ ներկա պայմաններում Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության գրեթե բոլոր բնագավառներում, պետական բյուջեում ճգնաժամ է տեղի ունենում: Անցյալ տարի Ադրբեջանի ՀՆԱ-ում 23 մլրդ դոլար նվազում է տեղի ունեցել: Բնակչությունը զրկվել է մեծ եկամուտներից: Նավթի ներկայիս գների նվազման հետեւանքները աղետալի կլինեն: Պետբյուջեի, բնակչության, տնտեսության գրեթե բոլոր հատվածներում եւ բոլոր կատեգորիաներում եկամուտները նվազելու են: Այդ նվազումը Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության համար ոչ մի լավ հեռանկար չի խոստանում», -համոզմունք է հայտնել ադրբեջանցի տնտեսագետը:
