WSJ. ԱՄՆ-ն Գյուլենին չի արտահանձնի Թուրքիային

ԱՄՆ-ն հակված է հրաժարվել Թուրքիային արտահանձնել «Հիզմեթ» շարժման գաղափարակիր Ֆեթուլահ Գյուլենին, որին Թուրքիայի ղեկավարությունը համարում է երկրում ռազմականն հեղաշրջման փորձի կազմակերպիչը: Վաշինգթոնը այդպես էլ Անկարայից համոզիչ ապացույցներ չի ստացել ՝ ապստամբության կազմակերպմանը Փենսիլվանիայում բնակվող աստվածաբանի մասնակցության մասին: Բացի դրանից, ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները մտահոգված են Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների հրապարակային հայտարարություններով, որոնք պարունակում են սպառնալիքներ, հայտնում է The Wall Street Journal–ը:

Պարբերականի զրուցակիցների խոսքով ամերիկացի ու թուրք չինովնիկները մասնավոր զրույցներում քննարկել են այն սցենարներ, որոնց դեպքում Գյուլենը կարող է արտահանձնվել: Բայց ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները կասկածում են, որ այս դեպքը պահանջում է արտահանձնում, հայտնել են աղբյուրները: Պետք է նշել, որ Գյուլենն ինքը կտրականապես հերքում է իր մասնակցությունը Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին ու նրա կառավարությունը տապալելու փորձին:

Որքան շատ են թուրք պաշտոնատար դեմքերը, այդ թվում պետության ղեկավարն ու վարչապետը խոսում ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձում Գյուլենի դերի մասին ու պահանջում անհապաղ արտահանձնել նրան, այդքան քիչ է հավանականությունը, որ այդ արտահանձնումը կկայանա, հայտնել են WSJ–ի աղբյուրները: Նրանց խոսքով, Ակարայի նման հայտարարությունները կասկածի տակ են դնում Թուրքիայի արդարացի վերաբերմունքը ԱՄՆ-ում ապրող աստվածաբանի հանդեպ:

Այդուհանդերձ, Գյուլենին արտահանձնելու հարցով վերջնական որոշումը դեռ ընդունված չէ: Արտահանձնման մասին բանավեճերը, ակնկալվում է, որ եւս մի քանի ամիս կտեւեն, հայտնել են աղբյուրները: Որոշ զրուցակիցներ նաեւ նշել են, որ չեն պատկերացնում այնպիսի սցենար, որի դեպքում Գյուլենը կարտահանձնվի Թուրքիայի իշխանություններին:

Միաժամանակ WSJ–ի աղբյուրները հայտնել են, որ Թուրքիան ԱՄՆ-ին երկու մասից բաղկացած ապացույցներ է տրամադրել ՝ ապստամբության կազմակերպմանը Գյուլենի մասնակցության մասին: Սակայն ամերիկյան կողմը հայտարարել է, որ այդ տվյալները չեն կարող գործածվել դատարանում:

Ավելի վաղ Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը հայտնել էր, որ Անկարան դեռ չի տրամադրել ծանրակշիռ ապացույցներ հեղաշրջման փորձին Գյուլենի ու «Հիզմեթ» շարժման մասնակցության մասին: Չինովիկի խոսքով այդ ապացույցները կուղարկվեն Վաշինգթոն արտահանձնման մասին պաշտոնական հարցման հետ:

Ամերիկյան հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչները հայտնել են, որ Թուրքիայում Գյուլենի կողմնակիցներին հետեւելը մինչեւ հեղաշրջումը Վաշինգթոնի համար առաջնությոն չի եղել, դրա համար էլ ԱՄՆ-ն քիչ տվյալներ ունի՝ ստուգելու համար այն տեղեկությունները, որոնք թուրքական իշխանությունները ստանում են ենթադրյալ դավադիրների հարցաքննությունների ընթացքում:

WSJ-ի աղբյուրների խոսքով, Անկարայի ապացույցների հավաստիությունը կասկածելի է դառնում նաեւ այն ռեպրեսիվ միջոցառումների ֆոնին, որոնք Էրդողանը կիրառում է իր ներքին ընդդիմախոսների նկատմամբ երկրում կատարված հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո:
