Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչը ձերբակալվել է հորն սպանելու կասկածանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նոյեմբերյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Տավուշի մարզի Կողբ գյուղի բնակիչ, 1955թ. ծնված Արտաշես Աբգարյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտ ամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Օգոստոսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 06.40-ին, «Նոյեմբերյան» Բ/Կ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ կանչով մեկնել են Արտաշես Սարիբեկի Աբգարյանի տուն, որտեղ իմանալով, որ որդին հրազենով կրակել է հոր վրա` վախենում են ներս մտնել:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ դատաբժշկի հետ միասին։
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016թ. օգոստոսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում, Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչն իր անվամբ հաշվառված «ԻԺ-58» մոդելի երկփողանի որսորդական հրացանով իրենց տան բաց պատշգամբում կրակել է հոր՝ Ա. Աբգարյանի ուղղությամբ, որի հետևանքով ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից վերջինս մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նոյեմբերյանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Ա. Աբգարյանի սպանության կասկածանքով նույն օրը ձերբակալվել է վերջինիս որդին:
Քրեական գործով կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող «ԻԺ-58» մոդելի երկփողանի որսորդական հրացանը, 16 մմ տրամաչափի մեկ հատ պարկուճ և մեկ հատ փամփուշտ: Առգրավվել է նաև տուժողի հագին եղած հագուստը: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական և տոքսիկոքիմիական փորձաքննություններ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ տուժածի որդին «ռեակտիվ դեպրեսիա» ախտորոշմամբ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ից հաշվառված է Նոյեմբերյանի բժշկական կենտրոնում։
Քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
