Հուլիսի 17-31-ին ծավալված իրադարձությունների ընթացքում տուժել է 74 ոստիկան

Պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի վրա հարձակման հետևանքով հուլիսի 17-31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում տուժել է 74 ոստիկան: Հուլիսի 17-19-ը Երևան քաղաքում բերման է ենթարկվել 119 մարդ: Այս մասին«Արմենպրես»-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասաակայնության հետ կապի և լրատվության վարչությունից:
«Հուլիսի 19-31-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում բերման ենթարկված անձանց թիվը պարզվում է, ուստի այդ մասին կտեղեկացնենք մինչև օգոստոսի 15-ը: Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն կազմվել է 9 քաղաքացու նկատմամբ: Քանի որ նախապատրաստված նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե, ապա հարուցված քրեական գործերի թիվը կարող է տրամադրել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն: Հուլիսի 17-ից սկսած ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանից ստացվել է 20 դիմում, որոնց մեծ մասը դեռևս քննարկման փուլում է, քանի որ դրանցում նշված փաստական տվյալների ստուգումը հնարավոր է կամ ծառայողական քննությամբ, կամ քննչական գործողությունների միջոցով:
Ոստիկանության ծառայող Մարգարիտա Կարապետյանի վերաբերյալ ծառայողական քննությունը դեռևս չի ավարտվել:
Այլ հարցերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը ներկա պահին չի տնօրինում, քանի որ դրանց պարզումը նախաքննության մարմնի իրավասությունում է»,-ասված է պատասխանում:
