«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, այսօր նախատեսվում էր ՀՀ փոխոստիկանապետի այցը Գյումրի՝ կապված Շահումյան 188 շենքի բակում ոստիկանական հենակետ տեղադրելու հարցի շուրջ բնակիչների շրջանում առաջացած դժգոհությունները քննարկելու եւ օպտիմալ լուծումներ գտնելու հետ:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում քաղաքապետի մամլո խոսնակ Լիլիթ Մակարյանը նշեց, որ իրենք դեռեւս ինֆորմացիա չունեն փոխոստիկանապետի այցի մասին, եւ նույնիսկ քաղաքապետն էլ դեռ աշխատանքի չի եկել, որ կարողանան ըստ այդմ ճշտել: Մեր Գյումրիի լրագրողի բազմաթիվ հեռախոսազանգերին էլ պարոն Ահարոնյանը պատասխանում էր, որ հենց նորություն ունենա՝ պատշաճ կարգով կտեղեկացնի: Սակայն որքան մեծ եղավ գյումրեցիների զարմանքը, երբ րոպեներ առաջ հայտնի դարձավ, որ փոխոստիկանապետը եկել ու արդեն վերադառնում է՝ գրեթե գաղտնի պայմաններում: Ինչպես հայտնի էպոսում կասեին՝ «գող-գող եկավ, գող-գող գնաց»:

Մեր թղթակցի հետ զրույցում պարոն Ահարոնյանը, ի զարմանս լրագրողի, նախ հայտնեց, որ այցը եղել է աշխատանքային, հետեւաբար ժամանակացույցը կարող էր նաեւ չհրապարակվել: Եթե այդպես է, պարոն Ահարոնյան, ապա ինչո՞ւ էիք հանրայնորեն հայտարարում ԶԼՄ-ներով, որ փոխոստիկանապետը գալու է Գյումրի՝ ոստիկանապետի հանձնարարությամբ: Ահարոնյանը նշում է, որ կարեւորն այն է, որ հարցին լուծում է տրվել:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում շենքի բնակիչները փաստեցին, որ առավոտյան ինչ-որ մարդիկ եկել են մարզպետ Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանի ուղեկցությամբ ու չափումներ են արել ու ոնց որ թե որոշել են հենակետը տեղափոխել, ապա գնացել են: Սակայն խնդիրը ոչ միայն չի լուծվել ամենաօպտիմալ տարբերակով, ինչպես փորձեց մեզ ներկայացնել պարոն Ահարոնյանը, այլեւ ավելի է խորացվել, քանի որ այն տարածքում, ուր նախատեսվում է տեղափոխել հենակետը, կան 7 բազմամյա հաստաբուն կանաչ ծառեր, որոնք հնարավոր է՝ հատվեն:

Ինչեւէ, գյումրեցիները շարունակում են պնդել իրենց խնդրանքը հանրապետության ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանին՝ ի հաշիվ պուրակի ու պուրակում գտնվող նվիրական վայրերի չկառուցել հենակետ: Միաժամանակ նաեւ զարմանք պիտի հայտնենք պարոն Գասպարյանին՝ փոխոստիկանապետի այցի գաղտնիացվածության առիթով՝ մեջբերելով բնակիչներից մեկի խոսքը. «Գյումրեցիներս, հո գել ու գազան չե՞նք, որ փոխոստիկանապետին գողեգող բերեցիք, գողեգող տարաք»:
