Հորմոնները մեր կյանքի կարևորագույն մասն են կազմում, սակայն մենք նրանց մասին հիշում ենք միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ մեզ մոտ խմդիրներ են առաջանում:Հորմոնները կարող են լրջորեն իրենց մասին հիշեցնել, երբ մտնում ենք ձեր կյանքի համապատասխան կարևոր շրջան: Այս ամենից խուսափելու համար կարևոր է  իմանալ  հորմոնային խախտումների մասին: Ներկայացնում ենք խնդիրներ, որոնք թվում են մեր կյանքի անբաժան մասը, սակայն իրականում վկայում են, որ  հորմոնների հետ մի բան այն չէ:

1. Խրոնիկական հոգնածություն: Հոգնածություն զգալը նորմալ երևույթ է , սակայն, եթե այդ զգացողությունը ձեզ չի լքում, ամենայն հավանակնությամբ, դուք պրոգեստերոն հորմոնի ավելցուկ ունեք:

2. Անքնություն: Այս դեպքում գործ ունենք պրոգեստերոն հորմոնի պակասուրդի հետ:

3. Պզուկների առկայություն: Հաճախ դրանք նորմալ երևույթ են, սակայն մշտական առկայությունը վկայում է անդրոգեն հորմոնի խնդիրների մասին:

4. Ստամոքսի ցավ: Այս հիվանդության համար բազմաթիվ պատճառներ կարող են լինել, սակայն բացառված չեն նաև հորմոնային խախտումները:

5. Գլխացավեր: Սա էլ խոսում է էստրոգենի ցածր լինելու մասին:

6. Խնդիրներ հիշողության հետ: Էստրոգենի և պրոգեստերոնի խախտումները կարող են առաջացնել խնդիրներ հիշողության հետ:

7. Կրծքի չափի փոփոխություն, որը ևս կախված է էստրոգենի չափաքանակի հետ:

8. Տրամադրության անկում: Դոպամին և սերտոնանին հորմոնների խախտումներով էլ հաճախ կարող է առաջանալ դեպրեսիոն տրամադրություն:

9. Ախորժակի ավելացում: Հաճախ էստրոգենի անկման ժամանակ ավելանում է լեպտին հորմոնը, որն էլ պատասխանատու է քաղցի համար:

10. Լիբիդոյի ցածր մակարդակ: Եթե սեռական կյանքի նկատմամբ ձեր հետաքրքրությունը պակասել է, ապա դա կարող է կախված լինել տեստոստերոնի մակարդակի հետ:
