    Աչքերին նայելը սոցիալական վստահության, բաց լինելու և անկեղծության նշան է: Խոսակցության ավելի քան կեսի տեսողական և ոչ լսողական լինելը, և մարդկանց աչքերին նայելը միանգամից լավ տպավորություն կթողնեն ձեր դիմացինի վրա:

  2. Ժպտացեք և աշխարհը կժպտա ձեզ

Ժպիտով գեղեցկացրեք ձեր բոլոր հանդիպումները և այդ ժամանակ նոր մարդկանց հանդիպելը շատ ավելի հեշտ կթվա: Մարդիկ ավելի լավ հիշում են նրանց, ովքեր նրանց մոտ որոշակի զգացմունքներ են առաջացրել, իսկ ժպիտը էնդորֆին է առաջացնում, որի արտադրման շնորհիվ դուք մարդկանց մոտ ասոցացվում եք լավ զգալու զգացողության հետ:

  2. Անկեղծ եղեք

    Բազմաթիվ ազդանշաններ կարող են գնալ ձեր դիմացինին 7 վայրկյանի ընթացքում: Ուստի, փորձեք այդ ժամանակահատվածում հասկացնել ձեր դիմացինին, որ դուք անկեղծ և վստահելի մարդ եք: Փորձեք հանգիստ պահել ձեր մարմինը. թուլացրեք ձեր բաճկոնի կոճակը, ուղիղ կանգնեք և ձեռքերը մի խաչեք:

  3. Ուշադիր եղեք անկյուններին

    Դրական լինելը վարակիչ է և մենք պետք է մեզ շրջապատենք այն մարդկանցով, ովքեր այս աշխարհն ավելի պայծառ են դարձնում: Ուստի, փորձեք խուսափել բացասական մարդկանցից, և մարդիկ կհիշեն ձեզ և ոչ թե ձեր անդադար բողոքները և դժգոհությունները:

  5. Հիշեք՝ այս ամենը միայն ձեզ համար չէ:

    Ամենադասական սխալն այն է, որ մենք նյարդայնացած ժամանակ անընդհատ մեր մասին ենք խոսում, սակայն լավ տպավորություն գործելու ամենալավ միջոցը դիմացինով շատ հետաքրքրված լինելն է. խելամիտ հարցեր տվեք և լավ լսեք ձեր խոսակցին:
