Տավուշի մարզում բուհ ընդունվող տղաների ուսման մակարդակը բավականին իջել է: Այս մասին, ԿԳ նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանի Տավուշի մարզ կատարած այցի ժամանակ, ԵՊՀ Իջեւանի մասնաճյուղում հանդիպման ընթացքում նշել է Մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Սամվել Առաքելյանը:

Նա որպես նվաճում արձանագրել է, որ Տավուշի մարզից 3 տասնյակից ավելի շրջանավարտներ ընդունվել են բժշկական համալսարան: Հանդիպման մասնակիցներն իրենց հուզող հարցերն են տվել նախարարին, ինչպես նաեւ ներկայացրել որոշ առաջարկություններ: Հանդիպումից հետո նախարարը նաեւ ծանոթացել է բուհի դեկորատիվ կիրառական արվեստի եւ դիզայնի ֆակուլտետի ուսանողների ստեղծագործական աշխատանքներին:

ԿԳ նախարարի  այցը շարունակվել է Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանում, որտեղ նա եղել է մի շարք սահմանամերձ համայնքների դպրոցներում: Մասնավորապես, նախարարն այցելել է Դովեղի  եւ Բերդավանի դպրոցներ, հանդիպել դպրոցի մանկավարժական կազմին, լսել նրանց հուզող հարցերը:  Նախարարը նշել է, որ պետությունը սահմանամերձ մարզի համար հեռահար կրթական քաղաքականություն է մշակում:

Նրա խոսքով՝  ուսուցիչ աշխատելն առաքելություն է, իսկ սահմանամերձ համայնքի դպրոցում աշխատելը՝ կրկնակի առաքելություն: «Տավուշի մարզի բազմաթիվ գյուղերի ուսուցիչներ ամեն օր սխրանք են գործում՝ աշխատելով հավանական կրակի տակ, ապագա սերունդներին փոխանցելով գիտելիքներ ու արժեքներ: Այստեղի կրթական հիմնախնդիրները պայմանավորված են տարածաշրջանի ռազմավարական կարեւորությամբ»,-նշել է նախարարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ նախարարությունը Տավուշի որոշ սահմանամերձ գյուղերի կտրամադրի աշակերտական գույք եւ համակարգչային սարքավորումներ:

Որոշակի աջակցություն կցուցաբերվի նաեւ դասագրքերի ապահովման հարցում:   Սահմանը պահող գյուղերի ուսուցիչներին հիմնականում հուզում էին ուսանողների ուսման վարձերի զեղչերի, դպրոցների վերանորոգման եւ ուսուցիչների՝  սոցիալական փաթեթում ներգրավվածության հարցերը: Այդ կապակցությամբ նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ 2014 թվականին կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ զեղչվել էր սահմանապահ որոշ գյուղերի ուսանողների ուսման վարձը:

«Այս տարի համապատասխան ֆինանսական միջոցների առկայության պայմաններում հնարավոր է որոշակի օգնություն ցուցաբերվի նաեւ այլ գյուղերի»,- նշել է ԿԳ նախարարը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ներկայումս հստակեցվում է համայնքների ցանկը: Արմեն Աշոտյանը նաեւ տեղեկացրել է, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում երկու գյուղերում էլ կնախաձեռնվի նախակրթարանների ծրագրի իրականցումը:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ պետական սահմանից 1.5 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Դովեղ գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցում 2015-¬2016 ուսումնական տարում կսովորի 65 աշակերտ: Անցած տարի աշակերտների թիվը եղել է 74: Դպրոցն ունի 20 ուսուցիչ: Իսկ սահմանից 2.5 կմ հեռավորության վրա գտնվող Բերդավան գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցում 2015-¬2016 թվականներին կսովորի մոտ 380 աշակերտ: Ամեն տարի այս դպրոցի աշակերտների առնվազն 60 տոկոսն ընդունվում է բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններ. 2015 թվականի 39 շրջանավարտներից 23-¬ն ընդունվել է պետական բուհեր: Ավագ դասարանների աշակերտների թիվը գերազանցում է 100-¬ը: Բերդավանի միջնակարգ դպրոցն ունի 47 մանկավարժ:
