Ղարաբաղում ապրող ցանկացած մարդ առաջին իսկ հերթին խաղաղություն է ուզում

Մանուկ Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. 

Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման և ղարաբաղյան հարցի վերջնական հանգուցալուծման և խնդրի ճշգրիտ պարզաբանումը հենց առաջին հերթին ընկած է ղարաբաղում բնակվող քաղաքացիների, գյուղացիների վրա՝ նրանք են առաջինը որոշողը:

Վերջին շրջանում կրկին վատացել է սահմանում տիրող խաղաղ պայմանական վիճակը, հակառակորդը կրկին անցել է հարցը տանելու պատերազմական հանգուցալուծման, կրակում է դիրքերի ուղղությամբ, կատարում դիվերսիոն հետախուզական գործողություններ, կրակում հրետանային զինատեսակներից՝ ամեն կերպ բռնի ուժով տիրանալու արցախյան հողերին: Ադրբեջանի նման պահվածքը դատապարտելի է ցանկացած դատարաններում, նման դիրքորոշումը դեմ է մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական կոնվենցիաներին, նման պահվածքը դեմ է առաջին իսկ հերթին ղարաբաղում բնակվող ժողովրդին:

Օրինակի համար կարող եմ վստահ կերպով նշել, որ ոչ մի ղարաբաղցի չի համաձայնվի ապրել Ադրբեջանի տարածքում և լինի Ադրբեջանի մաս կազմող ինչ որ ինքնակամ մարզ:

Պարզ կարող եմ նշել, որ վերջին մշտադիտարկման ընթացքում հակառակորդը կրակում էր, իսկ ինչ արեցին դիտարկողները. ես կարծում եմ, որ գերտերություններին ձեռնտու է նման ձգձգվող վիճակը, նրանց ցանկացած բանակցային վերջնալուծում կամա թե ակամա բերելու է իրավիճակի սրման:

Ղարաբաղում ապրող ցանկացած մարդ առաջին իսկ հերթին խաղաղություն է ուզում, ազատություն, մարտիկների, զինվորների արյան գնով ետ վերցրածը, երբեք ետ չի վերադարձվի այն էլ այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ունակ են ամեն ինչ վերագրելու բռնի կերպով իրենց, պարտադրելու իրենց եսը բռնի ուժով։

Մենք չենք մոռացել Սումգայիթյան ջարդերը, չենք մոռացել զոհված ազատամարտիկներին և ապրիլյան դեպքերը․ Եթե անգամ որոշում կայացվի, որ ասենք թե հողերը ետ պետք է վերադարձվի դա կարվի արյան գնով  ուստի մեր ղեկավարությունը պետք է մի լավ ծանր ու թեթև անի նախքան մի բառ բերնից դուրս հանելը, պետք է հաշվի առնել նաև քաղաքացիների կարծիքը՝ առավելագույնս կերպով զոհվածների հարազատներինը։
