 Ռուսաստանը, Իրանը եւ Ադրբեջանը միջոցներ կձեռնարկեն տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների, այդ թվում` «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջանցքի զարգացման գծով:

Այս մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալության հասած տեղեկություններով ասվում է Բաքվում Ռուսաստանի, Իրանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի, Հասան Ռոուհանիի եւ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հանդիպման արդյունքներով հայտարարության նախագծում:

«Կողմերը մտադիր են պաշտպանել տարածաշրջանային տրանսպորտա-կոմունիկացիոն հնարավորությունների ինտեգրացիայի գծով ջանքերը, որոնք ուղղված են շրջակա միջավայրի համար տնտեսապես շահութաբեր եւ անվտանգ տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքի ստեղծմանը: Կողմերը մտադիր են արդյունավետ քայլեր ձեռնարկել «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքին զուգահեռ ուղեւորների եւ ապրանքների փոխադրման առկա հնարավորությունների լավացման նպատակով տրանսպորտա-կոմունիկացիոն ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացման համար», -ասվում է հայտարարագրի նախագծում, որը պետք է երեք երկրների առաջնորդները հավանության արժանացնեն Բաքվում գագաթաժողովի արդյունքներով:

Նաեւ նշվում է, որ Մոսկվան Թեհրանը եւ Բաքուն մտադիր են հետագայում եւս «ներդրում կատարել «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի զարգացման շրջանակում երկաթուղային ճանապարհների միացման եւ  արդյունավետության բարձրացման գծով»:

«Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջանցքը կոչված է միացնել Հյուսիսային Եվրոպան Հարավ-արեւելյան Ասիայի հետ: Նախագծի իրականացման ընթացքում կմիացվեն Ադրբեջանի, Իրանի եւ Ռուսաստանի երկաթուղային ճանապարհները: Առաջին փուլում «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջանցքով ծրագրվում է տարեկան 5 մլն տ բեռներ փոխադրել, իսկ հետագայում` 10 մլն տոննայից ավելի:
