Դավիթ Սանասարյանի առողջական վիճակը օրեցօր վատանում է

«Դավիթ Սանասարյան» նախաձեռնությունը դիմել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին, Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին եւ մի շարք ՀԿ-ների` Դավիթի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխելու եւ ազատ արձակելու պահանջով:
Հուլիսի 30-ին ձերբակալված Դավիթ Սանասարյանի առողջական վիճակը գնալով վատանում է: Նա ունի երիկամների խնդիր եւ մեզի մեջ արյան քանակը գնալով ավելանում է:
Նախաձեռնությունը խնդրում է բոլորին միջամտել, որպեսզի նրա նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը վերացվի եւ նա ազատ արձակվի, որպեսզի մինչ դատական վարույթը սկսելը կարողանա համապատասխան բժշկական հետազոտություն անցնել եւ պատշաճ բուժում ստանալ:
Նախաձեռնության տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է, որ փաստաբանի դիմումները մերժվել են: Վերջիններս նաեւ նշում են, որ Սանասարյանը հուլիսի 30-ի ապօրինի ձերբակալումից մինչ օրս որեւէ բժշկական զննություն չի անցել:
Մոտ 3000 անդամ ունեցող նախաձեռնությունը հայտնում է, որ շուտով Դավիթի գործի բոլոր մանրամասներրը կուղարկեն մարդու իրավունքների 4 միջազգային կազմակերպություններին:
Վերջինս նաեւ ներկայացրել է միջազգային օրենքը եւ Ժնեւում գործող միջազգային փաստաբանի տեսակետը Դավիթ Սանասարյանի ապօրինի կալանքի մասին. «Մինչդատական կալանքը պետք է դիտարկել որպես վերջին միջոց: Քաղաքացիական եւ քաղաքական իրավունքների մասին Միջազգային դաշնագրի (ՔՔԻՄԴ) հոդված 9 (3)-ում, որին Հայաստանը մաս է կազմում, նշված է, որ «չպետք է համընդհանուր կանոն լինի այն, որ դատավարությանը սպասելիս անձին պետք է կալանավորել: ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների կոմիտեն հստակորեն նշում է, որ պետք է կիրառել գրավի մեթոդը, բացառությամբ այն դեպքերի, երբ կա հավանականություն, որ մեղադրյալը կարող է դիմել փախուստի կամ կա ռիսկ ապացույցները ոչնչացնելու կամ ազդեցություն ունենալու վկաների վրա»:
Նախաձեռնության անդամները, հաշվի առնելով այն աննշան ու ոչ վտանգավոր բնույթի միջադեպը, որն անհիմն է ձերբակալության համար, պահանջում են Սանասարյանի ազատ արձակումը մինչեւ գործի քննությունը: Բացի այդ, այստեղ ավելանում է նաեւ Սանասարյանի` առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունենալու հանգամանքը:
«Նրան անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ բժշկական հետազոտություն եւ համապատասխան բուժում: Սանասարյանի երկամսյա կալանավորումը միջազգային չափանիշներով պարտադրված լուրջ սահմանափակում է, լիովին անհիմն եւ անհամաչափ գործողություն` հաշվի առնելով իրական ռիսկի բացակայությունն այս գործի քննության համար: Նա քաղաքական ընդդիմադիր խմբի անդամ է` իր խաղաղ քաղաքական համոզմունքներով»,- ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
